The stairs to get to our rooms were extremely steep and difficult to get suitcases up. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing, just something good to know before booking if you aren’t able to use stairs or have heavy luggage.

Very modern and comfortable. Really nice staff and excellent breakfast. Had a working smart TV with access to Netflix, very good air conditioning! Very close to the main town.

It would have been great if there had been a small fridge in the room and if there were more hooks in the bathroom to hang towels.

Very clean and comfortable hotel in a good location. The breakfast was really good and it was lovely to have fresh omelettes. The service was really friendly and messages were answered really well. The airport transfer was also handled excellently by the accommodation.

Location is really nice. It's in city centre old down, everything is just a short walk away. House is nicely a bit in the alley so not noisy with tourists, but good dinner places are just 2 corners away. Breakfast was plentiful, even got served a fresh omelette.

The ONLY thing I would make note of is the staircase to get to the rooms not on the main floor- if you have a very heavy suitcase be prepared…. And also if anyone had any sort of disability this would not be suitable. Otherwise it’s great

Location was perfect!!! Off the beaten path from the main Riva which was great for noise and people wandering. Room was very clean and bathroom was newly updated. The room was small - but it would be perfect for a one or two night stay. The owner made a LOVELY homemade breakfast and was so so sweet.

Excellent location super close to old town, riva promenade and everything really! Nice sized room and lovely bathroom. The breakfast is great although could do with starting at maybe 7.30 as all the day trips leave around 8-8.30. Only a thought though, really enjoyed my stay, thanks!

This is a cute little hotel with delicious breakfast. The room with balcony is airy and clean and the bed was very comfy. The lady making breakfast was very accommodating. We were able to get an early check in.

We were on the bottom floor (there is one room per floor). It did mean the reception desk was just outside our room but we didnt have to get our luggage up the spiral stairs so if you have a big bag I would ask for the bottom room. It was a fantastic location so close to the old town and port. Very clean and stylish room.

The rooms are upstairs, only accessible via a very tight spiral staircase. We struggled quiet a bit to get the suitcases up there! Finding the B&B was a bit tricky, given the small streets and the slightly inaccurate google maps listing.

A very cool vibe in a great little building. Away from the main old town area meaning it's nice and quiet all day round. The breakfast was great and had plenty on offer. They have some food items out all day for guests to grab on their way out to explore Split! The bed was comfy.

Perfect spot in Split that is on quiet street but close to all main attractions and restaurants! Beautifully decorated, comfortable, and very clean! Breakfast was amazing!

Fridge didn’t work at all. Had to store food downstairs in breakfast fridge. Stairs are a pain (we were on the second level). If you’re elderly or have big bags you’re going to really struggle. Breakfast wasn’t great. We arrived 1hr after opening and there was barely any food left (very limited options). We had to eat out, after.

Only issue with property is access to the room is via a narrow steep spiral staircase, which is tricky to navigate with a large case. But there is little they can do with this, but everything else was perfect with a lovely continental breakfast in the morning.

Staff were so friendly and went out of there way to make us welcome as arrived early into Split on morning ferry. Allowed us to store bags and got room ready for an early check in. The room was well equipped, very clean and modern.

The very tight and steep spiral staircase with no handrails was tricky and very difficult with suitcases. On the top floor there was no guardrail to stop either cases or a person from falling down the stairs. A rubber mat is needed in the shower as the floor tiles are extremely slippery.

I am super thankful to Bruna and the hotel personnel for making our stay so nice and special. We got help with taxi to and from the airport, as well as got welcomed by the host to make sure we find the location easily. The room was wonderful - very clean, modern and comfortable. I loved that we had a balcony and could enjoy the sun from the roof windows. I also really loved the area - it was very quiet and yet located in the old town, super close to all tourists sites and the beach. Additionally, I loved the bathroom products offered to guests. It’s my personal favorite brand. Special thanks to the host for adding a thoughtful detail for our honeymoon :) I was also super touched with a delightful breakfasts every morning, as well as some snacks left for the guests to enjoy every day. The grapes were amazingly sweet! Overall, you can tell that this is a top class property with a great attention to customers and their needs.

The location is very good. The communication via WhatsApp on the arrival time was perfect. Breakfast was good. Be aware that the stairs to go to the rooms are really narrow, would recommend only for fit persons and less baggage.

Booking.com cancelled booking due to expired credit card but never thought to call, just sent an email, which went into junk but luckily I spotted a couple of days before we went. However price went up a lot and Hotel said they had no way of us being able to book direct at original price.

Great breakfast, great location, rooms are lovely and there are ritual products in the bathrooms!
