It is a perfect location. Perfect service everything available to do shopping and visiting centre of the city as well as city transport bus stop. The cafes and restorants are nearby I like hospitality of hostess

Sometimes it is too noisy outside

Very good value for money

We only needed the property for an overnight stay and it was perfect for our needs, great location and a nice little room for one night.

Was a little cramped but not really an issue for us.

Good location and air conditioning with private en-suite bathroom. They enabled me to check in early and leave my bags.

Amazing location, comfortable bed, A/C and a spacious room.

Cigarette smell on the stairs which entered our room and made it smell. Aside from that no complaints!

Great location, and all the amenities one would need are provided. Beds comfy, towels provided, and other things such as a kitchen and some basic storage.

Waiting for an immersion heater for hot water in the shower made it slightly inconvenient. Also, owner was quite rude over text (although I think this was more of a mutually shared misunderstanding)

I stayed on the ground floor and it was quite noisy.

Nothing except location

Advertises itself as 3 star but barely makes 1 and only for location. Tiny, archaic, unsafe stairs and sockets falling out of the wall. Bathrooms very poor - basin too small to brush teeth let alone wash. No staff on site, decor very tired and mattress with springs felt through, linen old and poor quality, windows 1m from café and smoke pours in

Easy access to walk most places.

The room was too small , no place to put anything. Staircase was too narrow to carry anything. The top sheet was only good for 1 person. Bathroom had a good shower but it was all too tight.

Location was ideal. Right in the centre of everything. 2 minutes walk to the Riva, 10 minutes walk to the main bus station, lots of shops, bars, supermarkets nearby.

The entire place was very dirty (including the bedding, it may have been washed but looked terrible). No shower gel provided. The hot water gets cold after 10 minutes so you need to shower quickly.

There were people smoking right outside the window so I had to keep it closed in evenings

unfortunately I stayed on the ground floor which was noisy as people came and went 😕 ... also no access to the terrace .... inexpensive but you do get what you pay for in life
