Sometimes it is too noisy outside

It is a perfect location. Perfect service everything available to do shopping and visiting centre of the city as well as city transport bus stop. The cafes and restorants are nearby I like hospitality of hostess

Was a little cramped but not really an issue for us.

Waiting for an immersion heater for hot water in the shower made it slightly inconvenient. Also, owner was quite rude over text (although I think this was more of a mutually shared misunderstanding)

unfortunately I stayed on the ground floor which was noisy as people came and went 😕 ... also no access to the terrace .... inexpensive but you do get what you pay for in life

Noisy very late (restaurant) and very early (trash pickup). Shower seemed a bit scummy. Very scratchy towel. Warm bedding but hard mattress.

Difficult climbing the staircase with suitcases as staircase is spiral with rope to hold on to. Poor information as to which room weas available for us - we had booked a double bed room with a sea view and balcony, but by the time we climbed to the 3rd level to a vacant double bedroom, we were too tired to try to find out if there was another vacant room available as there was no-one on site to ask and only a key code for entry.

Location was really good, right in the old town of Split, walking distance from the buses and ferry port. Room was comfortable and a good size with reasonable ensuite. Clean and tidy and very good value for money. also small mini fridge in bedroom.

Dirty bathroom-shower was so unappealing and mouldy-looking, I didn't even use it. There were someone else's hairs in the bin when I arrived... Ceiling fan only seemed to work with light on so at night there was no ventilation- it got very hot...

Location was super. TV worked well. Storage was ok. Staff were fast at responding.

no lift and narrow spiral staircase, it could be a problem if you stay in the upper floor and you have heavy luggage.

Great place to stay in Split if you travel on budget. Only 10 min walk from Diocletian's Palace. The cleaning lady was very kind. You will be given the code to enter the facility. I got the room on the top floor with kitchen, fridge and kettle and bathroom.

The only slight downside was hearing people walking by. You can't do anything about that so no reflection on the place at all.

No complaints

The location is absolutely superb! i had a packed itinerary, so only used it as a base to change, toilet and sleep! Ground floor with air conditioning! Free wifi works perfectly. Never met the landlady nor any staff but had assumed she lived at the property but probably not! It is not luxurious but very good value for money! Small room but a solo traveller for a few days doesn't need much space! Communication was good by Whatsapp! Accommodation was secure!

It wasn’t very clean and it is very tiny. There is only a narrow staircase which would be very hard if you are with big suitcase. The bathroom wasn’t clean, the fridge was awful.

The location is great, 2 min away from the Riva.

It didn’t seem that clean. Communication was good in the lead up but someone came to clean the room early before check out and I was unfortunately rushed out.

The stairs is a very steep spiral staircase and you only have a thick rope to hold on to however, it's very clear from previous reviews that this is how the stairs is so it's up to you if that suits or not. It is a bit daunting getting luggage up and down. The room is small enough but equally has a bed TV and ensuite, everything you need.

We gave our host about 40 minutes notice to have our room ready due to our circumstances and she had is ready in that time which was very appreciated. This apartment is in a great location. We only used it for a few hours until our flight but the bed was comfortable and the WiFi worked perfectly. The air con was perfect too.
