Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

A bit on the small side, so better to travel lightly.
Brand new and very modern studio at the edge of the Old Town. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom sparkling clean. Quiet at night. Easy to find and our host, Ana, was wonderful and very accommodating.

Fantastic room in a great location. Very, very central. The room is located on a quiet side street. I slept like a baby. The bed is comfortable and the room clean and well appointed. There is a Nespresso machine with capsules and a kettle with a selection of teas. I enjoyed the outdoor space too. It was a great way to kick-start the morning with a coffee in the garden. I arrived on an early flight and returned on a late flight and the host was super accommodating with my check-in and check-out needs. She was brilliant, and I would 100% recommend Spalato Garden Luxury Room to anyone planning a break in central Spilt. It ticked all my boxes. Thank you Ana.

Everything was perfect
We have just stayed here for 5 nights and loved every moment, it was perfect for what we were looking for. The location is fantastic - everything in Split is within a short walking distance and the garden is a great little sun trap! Ana and her husband are wonderful hosts who made us feel very welcome and always responded quickly to any questions we had, I would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Split.

We liked everything. The bed was extremely comfortable, very nicely styled room with good coffee. Can't beat the location in Split old town which it is on the edge of so it is a very peaceful and quiet space. Check in was easy even though we arrived late. Hosts were very responsive and came quickly to resolve a small issue in the shower

Literally everything was amazing, nothing negative to say.
The location was phenomenal. Ana went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, even surprised us with prosecco upon check in as we were celebrating our first year anniversary. The room was gorgeous and had everything we needed for our long weekend. I literally have nothing negative to say, it truly was a perfect stay. Ana just reflects the warm hospitality we received from all Croatian locals during our trip. We’ll be back again for sure! Thank you.

Perhaps slightly confusing to find at first, but no big deal. Once you find the entrance alley it is on your left side almost near the end.
The best location to explore Split. The room is situated just around the corner of the old center, so you can walk to all must see locations here. You can get quite close by car here (one minute walk) and the host helped us locate the nearest public parking spot (4min walk). Around the corner there is a great place to have breakfast or drinks! We didnt really use the garden, but it helps getting a bit more spacious feel. There is an easy key card system that you can use to enter the room, building and garden entrance. Biggest plus of this accomodation that this room and bathroom is so modern and clean.

It was a bit challenging to find the room at first, it would be great if they provided photos how to find the place (but the host was very helpful and easily contactable so no problems in the end). It would also be great to have some bigger plates and eg fork/knives so you could prepare some snacks/eat a takeaway dinner in the beautiful yard.
Beautiful room in a fantastic location - in the old town, but super quiet and peaceful! The room was new and modern, had good AC. The little yard is lovely, we used it quite a few times to relax and unwind. The location was extremely central, few hundred meters from great restaurants, supermarkets etc.

One of the nicest rooms I ever had in Split. Great interior design, modern equipment and a very calm backyard room with trees, a garden in the middle of Split old town. The room looks even better than the pictures at booking. It’s quit bigger than expected.Looking forward to book that apartment for my next visit to Split.
