The rooms look way better in person that in the pictures. They were spacious, the bed was comfortable, we had a beautiful balcony and an ac that helped us get through the heat. Moreover we were next to a supermarket, a few minutes away from a museum, many restaurants and most importantly the beach!

Everything was great so we will just share some suggestions and things to be noted. You should know that while you stay there it may be a world championship in indoor soccer with fans being a bit loud (up to 00:00h) and make parking very difficult. Also keep in mind there is a church that rings the bell rather freaquently if you get bothered by this (it wasn't a problem for us). I would just suggest better organization of the parking and I don't know if there is a way of blacklisting guests via booking as a platform, but it would be very helpful (We had one couple staying a night or two from Netherlands that got really drunk and was very agressive until early in the morning).

The host Nikša was great. He was very friendly and gave us a lot of suggestions for Kaštela and surroundings and was available for any queastions that we had. The location is excellent (the beach is in 3 min; supermarket within the building and 2 others in 2 min walk; local market in front of the accomodation that is open in the morning; pharmacy and fast food in less than 2 min walk). The breakfast was excellent. Parking was available.

Everything was great ! The location is perfect, literally 2mn walk to the beach, The host was very nice and welcoming, the room was big enough and had everything you need, even a small fridge and a kettle. Downstairs there is a room that has a small oven, a common fridge, coffee maker and a washing machine, and the cherry on the top was the dryer !

Walls are thin and therefore neighbours can be heard easily.

Perfect location near old centre and sea front. Perfect restaurant Mala Mora at 100 meters, dining at the sea. Clean and comfortable but basic rooms. Very nice host Niksa that picked us up from he airport and brought us back. Walking distance to Dive centre (our purpose of the holiday)

It is not very convenient that all locations - apartment, kitchen, terrace are located on different floors.

Very clean and cosy apartment, complimentary wine, water, juice and beer in the fridge, everything you need for a rest and more. Everything is very well organised, we were met at the airport. There is a shared kitchen and terrace, washing machine. Niksha is a very helpful and hospitable host. Very convenient location, close to beaches, restaurants, shops.

Lovely welcome as we were met off the bus by the owner. Very comfortable room, use of laundry and fab roof terrace. Small, very pretty village. Apartment just a couple of minutes walk from bus and to the beach. Great for our two nights stay

There was mini-football championship in the next garden in the evenings during our stay. The local team has played during first night, so all the fans were energized and noisy till 4am. But I guess it's once off event. There is pretty bad soundproofing between the rooms. Not big problem: the church in next yard starts belling at 6am, I heard it every morning, but my wife didn't, so if you sleep lightly it could cause discomfort.

The accomodation is kind of modern, it has nice big mirror, the door to the balcony has rollover mechanism, it has stylish furniture made of wood (I guess it's oak). The facilities are very nice: balcony has drying rack, table and two chairs; terrace on the roof has furniture to sit, common space has electric stove, washing machine. In the room we had tv, small fridge, electric kettle and set of dishes. There is shop parking right close to the building, but there is also a private parking in 100 meters. And the owner has told us about coming championship and suggested to move the car to the private parking, and it was good idea. The place has air-conditioner, which rescue during the hot Croatian summer. It has pretty fast internet connection, especially comparing to a lot of places on the beach in Croatia. It is close to the beach, and the beaches around are very nice and the water is pretty clean. The owner is very kind.

It's art of happiness,, host Mr Niksa was so friendly ,, he made an early check-in, giving me a lot of information ,, from first moment you will feel that you are at your home,, rooms Vesna is so clean and quiet,, The view from balcony was Amazing,, every time I visited Split,, I will go there.

Parking a bit awkward if other users park carelessly, but parking on street nearby.

Niksa the host was very accomodating. The room nicely furnished and comfortable. Shower room WC nicely done and ckean. Communal kitchen was ok. Very convenient, provisions available literally downstairs at a Tommy.

Nothing, all was as expected and communicated and the host went out of his way with extra services like airport pick up and exchanging foreign currency, as well as providing tourist information.

Location perfect, extra services were above expectation and close to a bus stop. I would recommend it for other visitors.

It was very lovely staying here. The host was very kind, with a coupon for a free breakfast after our first night, picking us up from the airport and giving us a lot of tips on what to do and where to go! He was so helpful, thank you very much for that, we really appreciated that :) The room was fine, we also had a kitchen and a rooftop terrace with a nice view of the sea. It was very easy to go from Kaštela to Trogir and to Split by bus from the bus station 5 min from the apartment, so very nice location to visit the cities. Near to the apartment was a lovely beach, grocery stores and restaurant. We were very happy to stay here, and totally recommend everyone to come there as well!
