We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I got a room on the ground floor right at the roadside and train station. If there is a train stop by, it is noisy. But in my 3 days stay, only one evening a train stop by. Very good location for travellers by train or bus. Can short cut to the apartment by passing through the train station. Walk from the train track way is also a short cut to the beach.

United StatesThe room was on the third floor and the stairs towards the top were very narrow. This was not a problem for us but may not be ideal for someone with lots of luggage or that is handicapped.
Great location next to Split Ferry Port and bus station with nice ferry port view from the balcony. The host was very welcoming and provided directions where to find everything. Lots of grocery stores, bus stations, restaurants and shops within walking distance.

GuernseyThe toilet seat is loose and wobbles.
Very convenient location for bus and railway stations and the main tourist area of Split, there's a short cut literally across the train tracks and over a wall. There is very little noise from the trains, it didn't disturb us at all. There are good restaurants within a few metres, we enjoyed our meal at Lola. The room was spacious and comfortable with a small kitchen area and a coffee machine. The shower is big with good hot water. The kind owners let us check in early.

United KingdomFor me personally there was nothing I would change. I found the stairs a challenge but that is only because I am waiting for an operation. For most people this will be no real issue. I would recommend letting the owner know when you book and he will do his best to accommodate you appropriately.
We were greeted by the owner who assisted with the parking and the carrying of cases. We were on the top floor buy were rewarded with a room with great views over Split, which was not expected. We were given a map and talked through all the places of interest. A very responsive, polite and helpful owner who values his customers.
