Parking was tricky at first as Google Maps led us past the entrance but owners were very helpful

Gorgeous location being so close to the beach. We liked that everything was provided - deck chair, breakfast, pool aids

Wi-Fi signal is sometimes weak. I searched a lot, but I couldn't find any other deficiencies. I will continue my search next year... :-)

Excellent apartment for vacation. The premises are clean and well equipped and cleaned daily. The air conditioning is efficient, the boiler also works well. The view from the terrace is beautiful, and the private beach is close by, with its own sunbeds and umbrellas. The sea is crystal clear and not cold, it is pleasant. The water doesn't get too deep, but you can jump into the water from the surrounding rocks. The pool with umbrellas and the self-service bar are impeccable. If you rent a car, I recommend that you choose a small car - it's easier to turn around, you don't have to reverse back up to the exit. The breakfast is varied and plentiful, Slavica's omelette would win a world championship. The city can be reached by walking for half an hour on a beautiful coastal promenade. Cozy cafes, restaurants and the old town are also very beautiful, a real Dalmatian settlement. I can only recommend it to everyone who wants to relax. The owners Slavica and Joško are real Dalmatian hosts.

Don’t accept credit card only cash and no hairdryer provided

Beautiful spot next to the Adriatic Sea. Nice walk to Primošten old town. We were on the 1st floor with an apartment above us they were a little noisy. No hairdryer in provided but apart from those minor items the bed, linen and room were exceptional. I would recommend it however they don’t take card only cash which was inconvenient. 😊

Unfortunately, we had a bad smell coming from the bathroom. Everything else was satisfactory.

The views and the breakfast was lovely.

Almost everything really, hard to get in to parking you have to reverse in to it, with all the rock around, a car scrape is almost guaranteed, bad breakfast, no restaurant nearby, room cleanliness, rooms are being cleaned by 13 year old kids bear in mind. The bathroom stinks of feces so you have to have the window open all the time. Swimming pool had algea on the sides which is another indicator of unsafe enviroment. If you have children stay away, for the love of god. Trip to the infirmary guaranteed.
