Very old furniture with too soft madrace. Too small room for walking normally inside, and below avarage breakfast ( no veggies at all), especially for that price. Not polite owner/menager- I am not sure who he is...all other stuff was super nice!

Boutique hotel on the Vela Luka waterfront. provided us with an unforgettable vacation with a wonderful view of the harbor, wonderful sunsets, excellent food in the Dalmacija restaurant and very friendly staff. We hope to return.

No elevator, although a staff member did help us up the stairs with the luggage. No reception area as it is a small B&B (to quote the owner: "everyone does everything") was a bit confusing. But, we were promptly checked in. Restaurant prices are a bit high, the food very good. Rooms are not very big.

Great staff, location very near the ferry, very clean rooms with view of the marina, we got good sleep. Abundant and delicious breakfast. Would definitely recommend a stay there for both short term and long term stays (for which pls remember to arrange discounted meals etc with owner).

Maybe cleanliness is not so good, you have to ask if you need something. Hotel was renovated not so long ago, but you can see it was made superficially.

This is hotel with the best view in town. You can see from port all the way to the city center. Hotel stands wright in the city center. It has private parking speace, wich is great. Breakfast is good, you can order it. Personel is great, very kind and helpful. In hotel restorant they serve fantastic food, I recomend fish plate for two people. Rooms are not big, but big enough for two.

The room was a little small for my son and I, but that was really no big thing.

The super friendly staff went out of their way for us. They even arranged a ride because the bus wasn't running due to it being a holiday. The in-hotel restaurant was excellent. The location is right on the main boulevard that runs along the waterfront.

The rooms are on the smaller side but fine with plenty of towels provided. The bathroom was extremely small less practical, though we should suggest placing the towel rack closer to the shower for convenience.

We enjoyed our stay at the small and charming hotel. The highlight was the beautiful restaurant, which stayed pleasantly cool even on hot days and offered amazing food, especially seafood.

Some people are commenting about the bathrooms 'outdated'. Well, I would not say outdated, but rusty and dirty (not to say more): they have to be really refreshed. some investments would be need for this property and could make it super great.

Housekeeping was lackluster - soap and other necessary amenities were not topped up, trash bin often left full, it looked like the bed was made but apart from that nothing else in the room was attended to.

Kristina and the young male colleague who works front of house (whose name unfortunately we didn't catch) were exceptional! Attentive, warm, they truly were the highlight of our stay.

The room was located right above the restaurant, while the old outdated wooden windows don't keep any noise from outside. So if you are light sleeper it can be a problem as you can hear noise from the street and voices from the restaurant from 7 am. when the breakfast starts until midnight. The bathroom facilities are poor and not well maintained: the bathroom sink mixer has to be replaced, as water splashes all over the bathroom. The shower head has to be decalcified as the water doesn't go through. You get only a few samples of shampoo but there is no shower gel. The breakfast was a disappointment too - we got a cheapest budget yogurt from the local store, coffee and an omelette; no musli, fruits or vegetables where provided except a few slices of tomatoes.

Everything except a location and view from the room was a disappointment. Typical hotel from former Yugoslavia, where the owners didn't invest much into the facilities, but charge a price of a five star hotel.
