Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It's very close to the airport. The family is nice and hospitable, and the dogs are friendly, too. The room is clean and tidy, with everything a traveller might need -- including snacks, bathroom essentials, and a fridge. A cozy place, indeed.

There was some unkomfortable small in the bathroom spreading to the room. Running air-condition helped resolved smell. Not sure if it is constant or comes from the outside.
Great value for the money. It is great location if you travel through the airport. Owner very friendly and some snacks are included in the price.

Perfect location if you need to travel from/to Zagreb airport (5 mins away). Rooms are very clean and specious, equipped with everything you might need at a short trip (hair dryer, water, tea, coffee and even some snacks...). The owners are very nice and cooperative and will adjust to your check in/check out preferences without problem.

The room does not have a mini fridge, which would be nice to have to put food/drinks in it overnight.
The hosts were very helpful and kind, the location is very close to the airport and it's easy to get to it if you have an early flight. There's a large parking lot available which is fenced and has surveillance. The room was clean and comfortable and some free snacks were included.

Could use a mini-fridge, but otherwise excellent find. Wish I knew about this place sooner!
Very safe and clean. Hosts provided water, coffee, tea, and snacks. The location is very close to the airport, but surprisingly in a quiet neighborhood with highways, and other attractions in and around Zagreb about 15-20 minutes by car (also a short walk to busses).

This is nitpicking, but the TV was a little outdated and I couldn't connect my tablet to it which was a bit of a shame, but no big deal. Also the toilet seat was directly under a sloped ceiling which is a bit uncomfortable if you're a taller guy, but it didn't bother us too much, just a very minor inconvenience.
Friendly host, met me and explained everything briefly and efficiently. He was available via Whatsapp even after midnight for any questions. And a bonus is that he didn't bother my friend who came from a long flight fairly late and was very tired, sometimes hosts like to meet everyone who is staying at the place but it wasn't the case here - he didn't want to pry, which is nice of him. Everything was very clean and the place was pretty big with 2 rooms and a bathroom; we even had 3 beds available (2 single beds and 1 double bed in another room).

Was given a free upgrade to two bedroom apartment! I arrived after midnight but there was still someone there to greet me when I checked in.The apartment had plenty of amenities, soap, shampoo, snacks, filtered hot and cold water, everything! Enournous rooms too. I also took advantage of their airport transfer service in the morning. Would 100% stay again
