It was expensive for what you get and compared to other places in Croatia. Parking near the hotel is a bit hit and miss. No coffee or tea making facilities available in the room, which for the price I think is a little tight.

Marino on the front desk was welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Location is 15 minutes walk from the old town. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Good fresh choices for breakfast.

The only point to improve was that when we showed up for breakfast that the buffet was nearly empty and was not restocked so our group could choose from the different products. But apart from that the breakfast was good.

The room was well-equipped and really comfortable. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful if you had any questions. Furthermore, you can walk within 10 minutes to the old town of Split.

I so much appreciated that Marino and Vedrana were so kind helping me on my checkout day. It was so hot outside and I couldn’t check into my next location until 5pm. You guys were so kind and helpful. I’m sorry I didn’t leave you a tip.

If I had to find a negative with the stay it was that there were no tea/coffee facilities in the room.

Superb little hotel and well managed by caring staff. I’ve luckily travelled well across the globe, and this hotel is certainly special. I have stayed in 5* luxury resorts but Skaline has better rooms than most on my list - a Sony TV, Samsung AC unit and even a classy Grohe shower…the owners didn’t cut corners with quality expenses to ensure guests have a pleasant stay…and that was certainly the case. You can even hire a top of the range mountain bike for €10 a day. Bargain and great experience when exploring Marjan National Park. Location of hotel was great and a 10 minute walk to town / Palace / Harbour. Special thanks to Ivana the manager, Vedrana and Marino the reception staff and an extra special thanks to Andrea the chef who always went the extra mile and had a constant smile 😀. Overall highly recommended and 5* stay. The staff made the trip really memorable.

One thing to note is that the double rooms with twin beds are quite small, so a bit more space would have been appreciated.

I had a fantastic stay at Skaline Luxury Rooms! The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options to start the day. The location was also perfect—close to the main attractions, yet in a quiet area, which made exploring Split really convenient. Highly recommended!
