Super clean, comfortable

We did miss having an instruction manual of the jaccuzzi. We managed to use it, but we struggled multiple times to turn it off and on. The jaccuzzi was broken here and there, but still functional. It would definitely need a refresh. The main balcony doesn't have any shadow to hide from the sun during the day, which only allowed us to use the jaccuzzi and the balcony to their full potential only after 4pm when sunset. The room would need a bigger bin also. The breakfast would need more non-dairy products, as I am lactose intolerant.. they did have almond milk though when I asked. Should the breakfast be longer (8am/10am is too short for early birds like us) and a bit bigger? Fruits didn't taste much. Not sure it's worth a **** hotel though as there is not much equipment/services other than the room and the breakfast.

We initially booked a normal room for the first part of our stay and then the suite with the jaccuzzi for the end. Before our stay, they offered us an upgrade for a reasonable price so we could stay in the bigger room the entire week. The people were nice and allowed us for a late checkout (one hour later) and let our luggage at the hotel before our return flight for a quick promenade at the city. The room was really nice! And the jaccuzzi is a real plus. (They also have netflix on the TV). The room was cleaned everyday as well. The hotel is not far from the old city on foot. And there's a great traditional restaurant down the street, completely worth it! My partner loved it. They offered us chocolate and sparkling wine for my birthday! It was lovely ❤️

No dislikes at all.

The breakfast was unexpectedly excellent. The young lady at reception was extremely helpful and provided excellent service. The room was modern, spacious and appeared as new, even though the property was around eight years old. It was a ten minute walk to the old town with a gentle slope. The property was quiet and away from the frenzy of the town, but still proximate. The air conditioning was excellent unlike some of the bigger properties we stayed at earlier in the week.

Would have loved a kettle/tea/coffee facilities in the room. Otherwise perfect accomodation for our short stay.

Very clean, comfortable room. Large shower room. Quiet residential road but only 10 minutes walk from old town. Very good breakfast with hot and cold options. Helpful and efficient staff.

Perfect location in a nice and quiet neighbourhood, 10 minutes walk from old town. The room was spacious, comfy and spotless with a nice bathroom (shower had very good pressure) and a lovely balcony. Friendly staff. Excellent accommodation for relaxation. We enjoyed our stay.

New apartments, clean and tidy. Nice breakfast. Slightly out, but we walked from the bus station easily. Walked a different route each time to old town. only about 800m or so. Close to local bus station too. Used this to get a bus to Trogir. Buy a ticket (return) or can get a ferry back from Trogir. 2 euro each way by bus if ticket pre-purchased, takes about an hour BusNo 37. Also stops at the airport en route. There are plenty of small supermarkets/bakeries nearby. A couple of restaurants are also very close.

Only a couple minor suggestions - a kettle and tea/coffee in the room would be a nice addition and the bathroom didn't seem to have a fan to get rid of the steam/humidity. Bathroom could also have done with some towel hooks or a rail for them to dry. These weren't problems, just minor suggestions to make the room 10/10!

Very nice, modern rooms with plenty of space and a large bathroom. Also had the best breakfast of our trip which was a nice surprise considering the size of the property (amazing pistachio croissants)! Friendly staff and private parking available (for a fee). About a 15 minute walk down to the waterfront or 10 minutes to the edge of the old town. Set in a residential area so you feel like you're a little lost until you stumble across it but once we found it no issues. Really enjoyed our stay here.

The place is only 10 minutes away from the centre of Split. You can easily go to the centre by foot during the day and have a good night rest. They offer the possibility for private parking which is very welcome when you are travelling by car. The breakfast was very nice.

Amazing accommodation with very friendly staff. Outside the busy center so quiet at night, but only a 10 min walk to the middle of old town. Top floor room was spectacular.

There were insects all over the property. The man in the reception when we arrived was incredibly friendly and helpful but the lady who worked there the next day had an attitude and was arrogant.

We where there for a week and got our bed sheets changed only one time. It could have been done at least one more time.

We liked that it was clean and fresh rooms. The staff was super welcoming and made sure to help if we needed asstistance.
