Property was quiet and very clean host was extremely friendly and helpful and the property is away from the crowds of the main town but easy to walk into the centre if you wish

Nothing. I thought the property and host were excellent

The accommodation is modern, tasteful, clean, there is a sandy and rocky beach nearby. The city center is about 8 minutes walk. Parking was also important to us. Ana is attentive and kind. We really enjoyed every minute of it!

Very clean and modern rooms. Quiet as well with aircon . Ana was the perfect host very welcoming and had plenty of tips to share. The place is very central to the main attractions easy walking distance to town and beaches and shops for food and drink and restaurants are very close

Booked for the free parking and was not disappointed. Private parking behind a gate and next to the property was a huge plus in Split. Our host, Ana, met us as we drove in and explained everything. The building location was perfect for us-an easy walk to the old city and palace area but with the feel of a quiet residential area. As a bonus there is a bakery and two very, very good restaurants on the block ( Soul Kitchen and Kanoba Matoni). It was a little chilly to enjoy the quiet table in the yard but we could use the coffee service in the hallway and then have our coffee at the small table in the room. The stay was enjoyable in every respect.

The room was fabulous, as was the location - it took less than 10 minutes to walk to the historic town centre. Ana was a friendly, helpful and informative host. The parking was great as well.

The water in the shower took a long while to run warm, but it was never very hot. The kettle in the common area could be quieter as it was a bit noisy.

Great room, very cozy and bright. Host Anna made us feel very welcomed. Close to the beach and only 10 mins walk to the city centre. Has secure parking. Everything was excellent.

Ana was super friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the location was close to a beach.

The facilities were great, providing sun cream too! The bed was so incredibly comfy, good sized room and lovely bathroom! It exceeded my expectations. Lovely owner, great communication and very accommodating. Also provided 2 bottles of water in the fridge which was very much appreciated!!

The room is located in a beautiful stone house near the central part of the city. Diocletian's Palace is only a 10-minute walk away. Our host Anna was very smiling and kind. Everything was very clean and tastefully arranged. The availability of free private parking is a plus. We recommend the place and would come back again.

This place was in the perfect location. We were right next to Ovcice Beach and the ferry terminal. The town was just a few minutes past the ferry terminal. The bed was so comfortable and communication with Ana the host was perfect. We were so lucky to run into Ana, her husband and son right before we took off. What wonderful, genuine people. They gave us grapes to take on our roadtrip to Dubrovnik. Would definitely stay here again.

Our host was always available to answer questions. She was very generous. She gave us great info when we first arrived. Beautiful garden sitting area for relaxing.

The bed was not very comfortable. However, the rest of the room and bathroom were perfect.

The location is great and has parking in place.

It doesn't mention ahead that the rooms are on the 1st floor without an elevator. Additionally, you need to climb more stairs to enter the villa. Not ideal if you're travelling with a large suitcase.

It was my second time at this place, and again, everything was perfect. The location is great, close to the city port and all the. The room was clean and comfortable.

Fantastic location! Beautifully restored old building! Lovely decor and super clean. Easy walk to the beach/s, Old Split town and great restaurants nearby. Our stay at Sea Bed was like visiting family. The courtyard is a beautiful spot to sit and enjoy your lunch that you bought from the food market in town. Highly recommended! Thank you Ana

Location was great, walkable distance to the old town and all of the city’s best places.

The mattress was a bit too soft for my back but I imagine it could be ok for someone else.

Everything was wonderful, thanks to Ana, who was very helpful and nice. The location is great, close to the historical center as well as to the beach, where we were swimming in the morning and in the evening.

Everything was perfect. And nothing was disturbing.
