Gluten free options only yoghurt jam,bread and one or three fruit 🤔 for longer stay you will be hungry. Breakfasts strange when it comes to payment. Once juice and coffee was included in the price the other time we have to pay extra. Some of the services from the list at booking web were missing. The safe was not fastened to any furniture so everybody who entered the room could take it whole and leave. No owner ,everything we want to ask someone from The Rocky Beach apartments or bar helped us.
The location is 👍 great. Friendly staff in Rocky Beach Bar and Miracul.

AustriaIt was not really easy to find and as we asked locals for Sea La Vie Rooms they didnt know what we were looking for but than we realized that the "House" is actually called Rocky Beach Apartments.
location was good and the beach was very nice, parking was difficult (with motorcycle but we think also with car). The room was smaller than expected and you could hear other guests through the walls. The restaurant (Rocky Beach) was not open (only for breakfast) but we were at Mirakul next door and it was great.

BelgiumSmall room, the pictures are somewhat misleading (wide angle lens used). No glasses in the room, no bottle of water. The room did not have a coffee machine and fridge, other rooms had. The cushion duvet covers were from 100% polyester which is not comfortable to sleep.

SloveniaIt’s a shame, because the location is nice and the café staff were friendly. But the host’s attitude and the state of the room show a clear pattern of neglect, which is also reflected in other reviews. The fact that the room was not cleaned even after a complaint, and that we had to help change the bedding ourselves, is completely unacceptable. This accommodation does not meet even the most basic hygiene standards and I cannot recommend it to anyone.
We stayed for one night (July 25–26, 2025) and had a very unpleasant experience. Upon arrival, it was immediately clear that the room had not been prepared for new guests. The bed was not freshly made, the bedding was dirty and full of hair. The pillow had red and brown stains on both sides, and the duvet was also stained. There was a dark stain on the sheet and a yellowish stain on the blanket. The nightstands were dusty and had hair on them. The extra bed had a dark cover that was wrinkled and full of hair – clearly not freshly changed. In the drawer under the TV, where the menu was stored, there was a thick layer of dust and some unidentifiable debris, showing that it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. All surfaces, especially the white furniture, were visibly dirty and neglected – not just worn, but clearly not maintained. The bathroom was also unacceptable – the sink was dirty, the shower drain was clogged and unclean, and there were used shampoo bottles left behind from previous guests. Worst of all, there were traces of human feces on the toilet seat frame. The floor was not properly cleaned either. We called the host, who came to the room, apologized, and asked whether he should change the bedding or if we would do it ourselves – which was a surprising and inappropriate question. My girlfriend ended up helping him change the sheets. When we removed the bedding, we saw that the pillows and duvet were heavily stained and clearly very old – completely unsuitable for guest use. The host promised that the room would be cleaned while we were at the beach. However, when we returned, nothing had been done. The room was still dirty. We had no choice but to sleep on towels we laid over the bed, as we didn’t trust the cleanliness of the linens.

Red stains on the towels. Flushing the toilet made water spray all over. Hairs on the bed. Truly unbelievable. The guy has disappeared, gives no response when asked for a refund. We left after an hour.
