Honestly, there is nothing I could say that I didn't like, it was great value for money, great location, lovely people and a lovely room- I would highly recommend

The location of the the apartment was perfect, a 9 minute walk from the Old Town and right beside a bus stop. The staff were so helpful and obliging without being overbearing and they are very quick to respond when contacting. The room was lovely and spacious, exactly what you see on the photos. It was very nicely fitted with all the amenities one could want in a room: safe, mini fridge, beach towels, drying line for towels/swimwear, AC etc. The shower was very nice and modern. The communal/ lobby area has a kitchen with free coffee, a microwave and another fridge so you can have some snacks in the evening if you like- there was even some biscuits/ sweets out for guests which is a very nice touch. They have all the information a vistor could want in a little folder in the room and out in the communal area. If I was to visit Split again, I would go back here.

We have no complaints.

All recommendations for this apartment. Excellent interior, everything looks nice, new and extremely clean, (that was important to us because we had a bad experience with humidity in the previous accommodation in Split). The location is very close to the old town, in a quiet street. The owners are very kind. We would certainly book the same apartment again during our next stay.

A toaster & serated knife in the kitchen would have been useful. In the bedroom an extra blanket and a non slip mat in the shower would be useful.

The apartment is a little bit noisy.

So spacious, modern, had everything we needed and more! Very central location. Katarina was so communicative upon arrival and her assistant Joseph was so friendly and helpful once we arrived. They were so accommodating as we did not arrive until very late due to our plane time. Fantastic hosts!

The view from the balcony to the courtyard wasn’t particularly nice, but it was quieter at the back so not too bothered. These aren’t negative points, just a couple of minor considerations: While there are two waist high mirrors in the room, my partner would have liked a full length mirror on the wall. There were a good selection of teas available but we couldn’t find any English Breakfast tea. I’m not sure how many visitors you get from the UK but I think that would be certainly appreciated by many!

Apartment was very clean with a modern decor. Bed was comfortable. Shower was spacious with strong water pressure. Air con was great. Sound proofing was excellent. We were situated on the rear of the building and didn’t hear any noise from the street or the inner courtyard. We also barely heard anything from the other rooms. Nice and quiet. Beach towels were provided too. Our hosts were very helpful on arrival by letting us check in slightly earlier as the room was ready, and also giving tips on where to go and which bus to take etc. Location was good, 10 minute walk to the Old Town. Kitchen area was shared with three other apartments, and had a variety of teas, coffees, and biscuits.

Nothing. If i have to pick one thing the wifi connection was a bit weak but it’s ok.

The room is modern and clean. The host even prepared coffee capsules and various flavours of teabags for guests! And they even provided beach towels which is very nice. The location is so convenient about 10mins walk to old town. Joseph was very friendly and informative.
