It may be just be me, who overlooked the information. But from the description I thought all rooms had access to a tee kitchen, but only one of them do. So if you need access to a small kitchen, pay attention to this ☺️

While my room was very clean & quiet & definitely served purpose of being perfectly situated for someone on foot, the room seemed a work in progress w temporary night stand & lamp & lack of racks or hooks to hang towels. I’m sure this is temporary situation & may not be an issue in near future.

The owner was present & helpful offering to carry my bag up the 39 stairs to 2nd floor. The location was ideal as just steps from Marina & restaurants & centrally located for exploring the old town. Room was very clean & appeared to be newly renovated.

Ran into a problem with getting into the lockbox, as the code was changed, but the owners forgot to communicate the new number on the lockbox, to their guests.

Very close to where I got off the ferry, and very quiet for the night. Nice and comfortable accommodation - good bed

I like to have some face to face contact with the host as it's easier to ask questions and get some tips about things to see and do and places to eat.

The location was perfect, close to attractions and cafes and restaurants, and just a short walk to the port. The room was clean and comfortable. The host replied to enquiries promptly.

A good location, close to the waterfront and Centro by walking. Parking for bicycles inside near stairs. A beautiful and lively village. Lots of restaurants nearby.

It was hard to find - no sign so you have to recognise the door from the photos or call them to come down. The room is central in the town so even if it's not on a main road you do hear people and vehicles etc.. during the night. But we slept with earplugs so then that wasn't a problem for us.

We liked that it was central and small, they only have three rooms to rent. They were helpful and friendly. The room was in good condition and the bathroom was newly renovated. There was a fridge and a desk in the room too. Very close to the Venice ferry terminal.

No elevator could be a problem if you have alot of luggage. No air conditioning but there was a fan in the room.

Fantastic location, in the centre of the old town, minutes, if not seconds, from bars, restaurants, shops and the coast. As soon as I went in the room I knew I wanted to stay another night. Clean, tidy, functional and great value compared to other offerings. Great communication from the owner. Access was easy. Hot water. Hand soap and towels provided.
