The room is situated in an apartment with other rooms in a beautiful very old building with lots of character. It's absolutely in the heart of Split Old Town with everything to see and do right on the doorstep. We arrived late at around 10:30pm and that was no problem. It was easy to keep in touch with the owner. Being on the 3rd floor means that despite the very central location, you can sleep and there is double glazing and aircon which also helped with that. It's romantic, private and immaculate. It was nice to have a fridge and cups and glasses and a kettle too. An excellent stay, thank you. Loved it!

While the mattress was quite comfortable, we weren’t so fond of the pillows, though that’s down to personal preference.

Cozy studio located right in the city centre, perfect for walking everywhere. There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby. It was really hot during our stay, so the air conditioning was a definite bonus. The host provided towels and fresh linen, along with some tea and coffee sachets and two complimentary bottles of water. The kitchen was equipped with all the essentials, including a small fridge, kettle and microwave. The bathroom was small but functional, and a hair dryer was provided. It was really hot during our stay, so the air conditioning was a definite bonus. Zrinka was our contact and she was very responsive and easy to communicate with. They were also flexible and allowed us to leave our bags in the apartment before and after check-in, which was greatly appreciated. Would 100% recommend.

Sound pollution from the neighbours upstairs. We did get woken up in the middle of the night by guests staying above us, so maybe consider bringing earplugs just in case.

It wasn't a problem for us, but maybe for older or not so physically abled people might struggle with the stairs to get to the apartment, keep in mind you are in a very old part of town and lifts are not common here.

We loved this apartment, it's so close to everything and you are literally in the centre of the old town. The apartment was immaculate and tastefully designed and it is equipped with all the essentials you would need. Very quiet as well. We will definitely stay here again on our trips to Split. The communication with Zrinka was excellent, every request and question we had was answered promptly and with so much thought and care. The transfer from the airport was organized by Zrinka as well, she also met us and took us up to the apartment. The whole experience was wonderful and we would recommend them to anyone. Perfect stay for us!

Lots of stairs so it was difficult to get the suitcases to the room. (No elevator)

Great location if you want to be in the city for sure. The apartment had around four flights of stairs, so not great if you are elderly with luggage. But the room was super clean and very nice for an attic. Friendly staff and it was an overall great find for price.

Location was perfect in the old town itself. While everything was busy at night in the square, it was still quite and you dont get the street sound in the apartment. We got to feel how people lived in an old town itself.

Somewhere to hang the towels in the bathroom. The fridge was noisy once in a while. A little noice from the room above me.

Very good location in the Medieval city, just next to Diocletian's Palace. The room, I had, has a kettle, fridge, two wine glasses, two normal glasses, and two cups as well as a small cutting knive, a cork screw/bottle opener, and two tea towels. Large room with three windows (one small one) and shutters, so it is possible to have open windows. There is also air conditioning. Good bathroom and large room. No bar just below or besides the house, which is very nice. Note: the room is part of a flat with several rooms in two storeys, and the flat is on the third floor (American: fourth floor) without a lift.

Magical location, right up amongst the rooftops and inside the walls of the palace. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and perfect for staying in as a family. Really useful to have a fridge too.

Nothing, it was beautiful there. Disclaimer, for some travellers, the stairs might be a challenge. If you aren’t comfortable going up and down stairs, this may not be ideal.

The entire place was fantastic. Very central location, close to absolutely everything, and yet still quiet throughout the day and night. Tomo, our host, went above and beyond, and made our stay in Split a fantastic experience. The room was clean and located within a lovely building. We had great amenities and a fantastic bathroom. I’d love to stay again.

There is no lift and got to carry luggage up four floors and if you stay in the loft unit 4. You will have to climb up further another narrow flight of stairs. Lots of slanting beams and if you are taller than 1.6m. Watch your head.

It is at the heart of Split. All tourists are just one minute away.
