It was a great hotel in beautiful surroundings. The staff were all polite and very friendly . It was a lovely room and very clean .

Requested an extra hour to checkout at 12pm but they wanted to charge 40 euros per hour! Didn't appreciate the inflexibility after spending so much money.

Amazing view from our balcony. A very beautiful location with lots of choices of where to swim and eat. Bed was extremely comfortable and breakfast had lots of choices catering for all tastes. Highly recommend and would go back.

quite expensive restaurants, no facilities like ping-pong / pool table, etc.; difficult access to the sea next to the hotel (rocky)

The spa at the royal palm a little tired. Saunas required a deep clean. One was smelly so did not use. Leather settee in suite was torn. Glass chest of drawers cracked. Toilet in room regularly kept flushing which could be annoying.

The changing rooms for the men's section at the gym/spa/swim area were not clean, especially the showers.

Half-board choice was quite dull and tasteless. It’s eatable and fresh, but lacks creativity for a five star hotel Our room was not as described - we meant to have a sitting area, but there wasn’t anything like that.

Only a small comment , the pool area at the Royal Palm could be so much nicer , area to left hand side not used at all , could be utilised more , bigger pool or sun lounger area , lot of ants on side of pool and weeds coming out of cracks in paving

-prices of food and drinks are almost +20% in comparison to 2024 -AC could work better in the room -at 10am no free sun beds by the sea nor by the pools

The resort element it was just too big, what it doesn't tell you when you're booking that there are atleast another 4 hotels on the resort of varying stars, if you've booked a 5 star hotel and paid a premium but the other hotels in the resort are less stars and cheaper but still benefiting from the same facilities and perks doesn't make much sense.

The hotel was good the room and view exceeded my expectations . Room size and facilities were great the bed was very comfortable the view from our balcony was breathtaking. Location is great with lot's to do around the resort, a walk along the promande away from the hotel take you to more restaurants, play areas and shops and leads to the main road where there are buses to old town.
