Clean, close to town, very functional and homely

One of the most beautiful experiences we had so far using this platform. It reminded me of the real spirit behind being a host and opening your home doors to strangers. As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed by Branko - the host and owner - with some refreshments and a nice intro talk. Throughout our stay, he was always attentive and open to know us more on a personal level. He clearly has the purpose to share an experience rather than a simple stay which can be easily found in a hotel. The room and bathroom were perfect and very tidy, all the details were taken into consideration (he changed the towels everyday, we had a full kitchen with all the things that we needed to cook). Highly recommended!

Branko’s property has stunning views across Dubrovnik old town - beautiful views when you wake up in the morning. It also has a lovely garden and terrace. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Branko is a friendly and hospitable host - it was a pleasure to stay with him!

My partner and I had a 10/10 experience at Branko’s property. Everything was spotless, the views were incredible and the facilities totally adequate. The kindness and helpfulness from Branko was above and beyond! We had such a good time here and could not recommend it more

Stairs but they are everywhere in Dubrovnik and you get a nice view when eating any meals you have at the accomodation.

Great location, walking distance to old town. Shared kitchen facilities were great. Brando was lovely and helped with anything we needed. Would stay again.

Gorgeous views over the old town, and far enough removed that it still feels peaceful despite how many tourists there are in the city. Branko and his neighbours were extremely welcoming and it was the perfect stay for my first time in Croatia.

Nothing, we loved everything about our stay at Rooms Vjera.

Amazing host, Branko, was so helpful and considerate. We had a beautiful, clean room and bathroom, and it was fantastic to have a terrace and kitchen, which was shared with one other room. The views are amazing. Be aware there are quite a few stairs, but that is Dubrovnik in general. We would come back here in an instant.

Branco is such a lovely host. Nothing is too much bother for him! The guest house is lovely - very clean and with everything you could need. It’s also in a great location - a very short walk into Old Town. Beautiful views too!

Excellent location .. nice view of Dubrovnik from our room and the deck. Easy access to town but there is a lot of stairs and it is Dubrovnik so no way around that . The host just a lovely man and so helpful

very welcoming upon arrival with a lovely tour of the room, kitchen and bathroom. It was very clean and tidy, also very comfortable and quite. the view from the window was amazing! our hosts were very informative on places to go, things to see and where to eat and sightseeing. All around a great location to stay in to access the old town and amenities. Thank you!

There was for us no cons. But take under consideration that Croatia is hilly country, and you need to get up around 90 stairs to get to accommodation. But the view while drinking mornings coffee is totally worth it ♥️😃

One of the best private accommodation I have ever stayed with. View for the old town Dubrovnik was magnificent. We felt there as a part of family. For guests there is a private floor with own entrance, terrace and kitchen. Few minutes walk from the old town. Owner is very helpful and friendly host. You can count on him with all of your struggles while travelling. He speaks also very good English. Feel free to book and come to Dubrovnik to make one of the best memories of your life! For us the stay was 11 out of 10! :)

There are a lot of steps no matter which way you go. But that’s Croatia!! Pack light!

Brandan our host was amazingly friendly and helpful. The flat is comfortable and view is awesome. Great AC too. Location! Quick walk to old town. Nice to have a kitchen and deck to enjoy dinner on.

Rooms Vjera was the perfect place to stay for our Dubrovnik vacation. The location is at the top of the hill overlooking the city (you need to be able to climb a good amount of stairs!) and had amazing views of the old town walls. Our hosts greeted us with drink and information about Dubrovnik. The room is huge with a king bed, wardrobes, antiques, AC, and old town views. The bathroom is detached but private and just across the hall with nice water pressure. There is a kitchen fully equipped and a terrace to enjoy meals with great views. Just around the corner from a bakery and grocery store (5 min walk) and 10 min walk to Old Town. Branko was THE BEST host- so caring, it felt like staying with family.

The host was very kind and welcoming. They made us feel like we were at home. The terrace was a picturesque view of the city to have our breakfast each day of the stay. A short walk to everything to see in the city.

Need to walk 90 step upstairs. Which is totally fine for me but if you have mobility difficulties you may have to reconsider it.

Good location, close to everywhere, few minutes walk to pile gate,15mins to banje beach, few minutes to cable car station. Very clean and tidy. I love the balcony where you can view the old town, have breakfast, look at the star at night, and dry the clothes. There is also supermarket and bakery nearby. The owner is very nice and friendly, provided us with tourists information. Very thoughtful that beach towel is also provided. The room is spacious and bed is comfortable. Highly recommended!

Our stay here was absolutely amazing! Branko was so lovely and made us feel very safe and welcome. He is such an amazing host. Highly recommend this accomodation for your stay in Dubrovnik. Only a 5-10 min walk to the old town (keep in mind there lots of stairs) with beautiful views from our room and patio. We will definitely return on our next trip to Dubrovnik! Thank you Branko.
