The room was very good, clean, towels were changed every day. Staff (the family) were very friendly, super nice, made you fresh eggs for breakfast. Included with room, you get two lounge chairs on privat beach, where you can be on the sun or you can hide in shade. I definitely recommend this rooms if you want peace and quiet to relax of all stress. Andrea thank you!

It would be a lovely addition to have a kettle and some tea or coffee in the room to enjoy a warm drink in the afternoon or evening while relaxing on the terrace.

We had an amazing time staying at Rooms Vedrana in Split, Croatia. The location is perfect, right by the sea with incredibly easy access to the beach. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and featured a spacious terrace with stunning views of the Adriatic. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Breakfast each morning was superb, fresh, delicious, and a great way to start the day. Andrea, the host, she was incredibly welcoming, easy to reach, and always supportive. This place truly felt like a home away from home, and I would absolutely love to come back again. Highly recommended!

Coming back after two years truly felt like coming home. The peaceful surroundings made it easy to relax and disconnect, and the atmosphere was just as warm and welcoming as I remembered. What makes this place so special are the lovely people – from the youngest to the oldest, everyone radiates kindness and warmth. It’s not just a stay, it’s a feeling of belonging. I left with a full heart – relaxed, recharged… and a little sad to leave such a special place behind.

Very nice location right on the sea managed by a nice family. Room with a huge terrace overlooking the sea. Practical Parking for the motorbike. Good restaurants nearby and few kms to Split. Nice to get the breakfast in the family dining each morning.

There was not a lot in the area surrounding.

The view was amazing, you were right by the sea. The balcony was in sunlight all day so lovely to lay and relax out on. The hotel provided beach chairs for lounging despite the beach being pebbles. Everything was clean and comfortable.

The location and breakfast are exceptional, it's super clean everywhere and the owners are the nicest people. Right outside is a bus stop with direct connections to Split and Omiš.

There's no room isolation, so noise might be an issue depending on the neighbors (though we didn't have any). There aren't many restaurants nearby, which could be a plus, as it keeps the area quieter.

The location is ideal—away from the crowded town and public beaches, yet just 30 minutes by car from Split airport. The private beach is a big plus, and the hosts are very friendly.

Just some details as little side table lights missing but place is pretty new so I'm sure they are still working on finalize decorations.

The place is about 25 minutes from Split center, rooms are clean, beds very comfortable, beautiful terraces or balconies right on ocean, front private little beach with great hey s ombrella and lounge chairs. Family staff are extremely nice and available always, great breakfast .

Breakfast was good on the first day. Ok on the second. Nothing to see here on the third! Actually it was just the same thing every day and no variety of bread, cheese, juice… coffee was cold 3 days! Although a good variety of fruits! The pillows are tooo big! Difficult to sleep if you’re not used to it! Towels dry out on the weather, so they are not the most comfy and fluffy… But all this is just NOTHING comparing to the paradise this place is! Stop searching and book it! You won’t regret

Cleanliness is 10 out of 10! Loved the location, the sea view, the beach chairs and the almost private beach. Hosts are a really amazing local family. I searched all the beaches of Croatia and visited 10 of them and I can definitely say… no need to go anywhere else! This is a hidden gem!
