Apartment is amazing: location is great, rooms are very nice, the host is very friendly. It seems like lots of heart has veen put to make this place trully exclussive. Would highly recommend it for everyone willing to get great experience visiting Split.

The air conditioning was not the strongest and we landed in a heatwave period. Also the water balloon was maybe slightly on the small side when you have two children who take long showers.

Kristina was an amazing host, she helped us with advice, received us with drinks and biscuits and washed laundry at 10 pm as we had an accident with the luggage on arrival. We felt like discovering a little bit of Croatian people life by chatting with her. The house was very clean and nicely decorated, with a zen mood.

My room was next to the footpath so it was a bit noisy with people going up to Marian, I could also hear my neighbour room quite clearly but wasn’t a big deal for me as I have ear plugs.

Lovely and clean room, Kristina is a very kind, responsive and helpful host, the courtyard area is a very calm and chill environment. Amazing location too, so easy to get everywhere I wanted!

Property was so cute and had a lovely finish to everything from decor to taps! Could not fault location it was right where we needed to be for a short stay with everything on doorstep. Wish we had loved to enjoy the lovely garden! Bed was comfy, shower was hot. Katrina is so welcoming and lovely. Highly recommend. If there’s space on our next visit we will definitely be back!

The host was very friendly and helpful. She even got me Soparnik that I couldn't find on the green market. The room was very clean and modern and I loved the patio. Few steps away from Marjan park and the old town.

The property had everything I needed and was well located. Walkable to everything in Split and Marjan Hill. Wonderful communication with Kristina even before checking in. I arrived late in the evening and she took time to show me on the map where things were and made sure I knew to reach out with any questions or anything I needed. Highly recommend!

We stayed for one week and made no mistake by choosing this property. The two single room apartments in size of a standard hotel double room were well equipped and spotless clean. Room 1 lacked a little bit of storage space but this was a minor issue, room 2 had a bigger closet and a wardrobe. Use of wonderfull patio for breakfast, no "table" or chair for eating inside. Coffee/tea making facilities, a fridge with "starter equipment", plates and bowls for food availalable, of drinks, enough towels. Host Kristina is friendly and gave us a warm welcome, explained everything. She really take care about everything and made her apartments a cozy place to stay in Split. Location wonderfull, may be very busy during day times, but at evening night it is very calm. Highly recommendet for individuals.

Additionally, the room is located down a few steps, which might be inconvenient for guests with heavy luggage. It's also a bit of a walk to the bus station. We spent just one night here. The owner of the apartment and everyone we met on the way was very kind and accommodating. It's close to everything, basically. And even if you are not sure of what to explore, there are like books around the apartment, and the owner was very dear to explain to us. I was fascinated by the huge yard they had where you can enjoy and relax. Thank you

The room was well renovated and everything worked well. For two people the room was rather small.

The host Kristina was extremely helpful in giving information and advice. She lives next door to the rooms and could not have been nicer. She had extra towels and hats for guests if they wanted to go swimming.

Very clean room. The owner was there to greet us and gave us lots of information. There was a really nice garden to sit in and even beach towels we could borrow. Perfect location for everything. We definitely recommend.
