Breakfast is served in another place, it's just a ten-minute walk, but crossing the road is a little bit risky.

The place is very close to the entrance 1 of the Plitvice park. There's a big swimming pool which is open 24/7; the accomodation was good and the girl who runs the place was really friendly.

The host was great and very friendly, the place is amazing as well. Very spacious and clean rooms and a lot of great things to see and do around.. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family and when I go back to Plitvice I will stay with them again. They made us feel very welcome !

It would have been better if breakfast had been located at the property. You have to walk a short distance to a restaurant.

The restaurant is a bit far from the rooms (about 2-300m) It is not a big distance, but if you need your morning coffee to boot your brain, it's an issue. A kitchen that the guest can use at least with a microwave oven and a coffee machine would be great in the villa since there is only a mini fridge in the rooms.

The rooms in the wooden houses are huge, modern, and clean. The atmosphere is very special, the whole place is just great. You can rest on the poolside or your porch. The pool is big enough to play in it with the kids. The location is perfect for discovering the region.

Nothing that we didn’t like.

The treehouse was the selling point for us and being a short drive from Plitvice lakes. Staff were extremely friendly and their family restaurant was beautiful. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience for a newly engaged couple from Australia

The drain in the shower room didn't work. The hotel staff fixed it and cleaned it, but the next day the drain didn't work again.

Very nice apartment with a warm and clean pool. The owners were friendly and nice. Located in a quiet place, few kilometers from Plitvice Lakes.

It would be nice to have a full blanket and sheet which fits the bed, VS two twin size blankets/duvets. It would also be nice to have a shelf in the shower to place soap and shampoo rather than having them on the shower floor. It would be good to have a towel hanger also.

The room was absolutely adorable, loved the decor and the wood beams.

the double bed consist of 2 mattresses with a small gap in between, but most hotels have it that way so not really something to complain about.

Very friendly people, felt very welcome. Beautiful surroundings with the lakes and mountains closeby, small grocery shop on walking distance (50m), great eating places on walking distance (300m) especially Plitvice Art Farm is highly recommended. We had a fabulous stay.

As a foreigner that didn’t have a working cell phone, i was unable to call for the caretaker to let them know we arrived. Thankfully someone was around and called for us. But they arrived within ten minutes with quick service and showed us to our rooms

Breakfast included was just in walking distance from the apartments at a local restaurant. They were attentive to my gluten allergy (I even carry medication just in case) and met all needs for a great breakfast before the trip to the Lakes.
