The only thing I didn't like is that the pillows were too big for my preference, so my neck was hurting a bit. But that is really a detail. I'm aware that you can't please everyone.

The room was nicely equipped, everything was new and of good quality. You could see they thought about the details. Host was very welcoming and helpful. In general I really liked our stay. The sunsets were magnificent.

Nothing to complain about. Just one small remark is that the street to access the property is not too well paved and it is not ideal for a very low car.

We spent a couple of nights with my girlfriend at Rosa’s. The room was very clean, room items were provided and the hosts were easily reachable and of great service. It’s 5 min driving or 25 min walking from Fazana.

Nothing to complain! Just a hint: The street to the apartment is partially gravel with deep pot holes. Was okay for my car, but does not work for people with low sports cars.

Quiet and cozy apartment with air con. Renovated modern rooms. Very kind and fast replying host. 2min walk to the beach. 8min drive to Fazan. Area is not as crowded as in Porec or other northern istrian cities.

Nothing to complain at all !!!

1. Place of the accomodation: Great place. Only two minutes walking to the beach. Very quiet. 2. Room: newly build/reconstructed. Very clean including bath. Sea view from balcony. 3. Other services: possibility to use paddleboard, grill, at no costs. Car parking possible at no costs. 4. Very nice staff. 5. Fazana city 15 minutes walking away. Nice small city with restaurants/cafes, supermarket, etc... 6. A lot of interesting places to visit: Brijuni National Park (ferry from Fazana daily), Pula city with old town, amphitheater, aquarium, and especially Breakfast Backyard restaurant is excellent !!! (Pula accesible by local bus line 21.) 7. Places far away worth visit: Cities Rovinj (beautiful old town with Euphemia cathedral), Porec (Euphrasian Basilica - Roman Catholic basilica from 6th-century - UNESCO world heritage) and others (Motovun, Pazina jama, ...).

Kristina and her family were very kind, the room was clean with all the things we needed. In front of the house we parked our car. The beach was a 3 minute walk away. I recommend this apartment to all people who want to rest, go to the beach and have visited Peroj, Rovinj and Pula.

The road to the apartment is not the best. But fits for me.

The location is very close to the beach. 4min walking and 7min walking if you want shadows. The host is very helpful, helps anything that we requested from her. Speaks good English!

We really liked the view from the apartment and how close the beach is. The apartment had everything you need for a vacation. You also have free parking near the apartment.

One of our beds was not very comfortable. We have to use some pillows from under to get it a bit more flat in the middle

We spent our vacation in the apartman called "Roza". I think it is the most valuable one: large spaces, air conditioner, well-equipped kitchen and rooms, balcony with amazing view to the sea. The apartman is accessible through an outdoor stairway, started from your private parking lot. The owner was amazingly kind and helpful. Everything was very clean and we liked the modern style of the apartman. The sea is very close to the house - approximately 2 minutes walk and you can already jump in the refresing water. Check-in and check-out were very flexible - we travelled with two tiny kids and it was very easy to check-in and check-out even with them.

We were on a short visit to Croatia... since we were out all day and only needed the room to shower and sleep, we were completely satisfied... The reception was nice and friendly... if you don't expect luxury and are only looking for something at a low price, this is the place for you... The walls are VERY thin. Especially if there's children involved. The room was very very small, though cozy and nice. Just nowhere to really put your things.

Location was very close to the sea and a variety of beaches, as well as to one little store at the Pineta camp. Neighbourhood was otherwise quiet.

Unfortunately the road to the accommodation, about 1km, is not paved. The room is very small barely 4 square meters. It has a little balcony and a small bathroom. The facilities are poor.

The location of Peroj is excellent. It is close to Pula. The beach is well developed with lots of trees. Closed parking in the courtyard
