Nice, friendly and acommodating hosts! One of the hosts/owners doesnt speak english but is very acommodating and tried her best! Overall a perfect stay! Would stay here again if i was visiting split again!

Property was clean and quiet we had everything one need, air conditioner worked really well. The owner was a very kind lady, she lives there, so it felt really nice and safe and she brought us clean towels and etc every now and then. The neighbourhood is located in the best place just a few minutes walk to the sea side, center, and old town, but also close to the Marjan hill which has great view.

I spent three nights in a single room, which was clean and comfortable. Hotel is in a nice and quiet location near beautiful Marjan park. The host was very nice and explained everything. I shared a bathroom with another room but it was not a problem. Bathroom was cleaned every day and a hairdryer and an iron were for general use.

We had the most fantastic and pleasant stay in Croatia! Even prior to our arrival the communication with the place was fantastic and they managed to answer all our questions as fast as possible. We have never met such a welcoming owner despite visiting many countries and staying in many different hotel. Even tho the language barrier was present her kindness really made our stay the most enjoyable possible, she was exceptionally welcoming right after she saw us for the balcony. The room is clean, comfortable, has all the necessary amenities and is located in the quiet neighborhood. You can walk to all what Split has to offer within minutes!

Every morning at 5 o'clock we were waked up with some noises of yelling, arguing or even fighting in the street at the neighbourhood. We stayed only for 3 nights, so maybe those were not locals but tourists.

Good place, quite close to the old town and just few hundred meters downhill from the Viewpoint to Marjan, were you can order the table at the terrace with nice view to the city, just have in mind that best places are reserved for dining ;)

One important detail is that the kitchen/common rooms are not available for use, but they are displayed on the pictures which is misleading.

The host was very friendly & helpful and the facilities were fresh and new. The bathroom was really nice and clean. AC worked great. The neighbourhood was calm and silent.

The room is very clean and also the linens. Although the bathroom is shared, it always very clean. Good location with 15 minutes walk to the main street, and it's very quiet. The host is very kind, offered us a bottle of iced water when we arrived! So needed!

The host lady was really nice but did not speak English. The room was on 3rd floor but luckily the owners son helped me out with lifting my suitcase up. They could’ve improved cleaning while stay, we stayed 4 nights and the room was not cleaned during our stay, the trash was accumulated as well Other than that it was a pleasant stay

Aircon did not work, so the room was unbelievably hot! Horrible experience. Aircon seems to blow out hot air. Explained to the host and she said she would get someone to fix it in the morning! This did not happen.

Room was quite small. It wasn't clear what facilities we could use. There was a shared bathroom and a kitchen downstairs but I was unsure of whether I could use the kitchen to get water since the hosts were usually in the room throughout the day.
