Perfect location next to Pile gate and easy access to the old town. Communication with the property was excellent throughout and the owner was extremely helpful and warm and accommodating. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a 2 night stay.

Private bathroom meant we had to go through a hall way and pass other guests to use the bathroom. Felt like we were disturbing other guests. When taking a shower the hot water quickly went cold after 2 minutes which wasn’t enough time to wash my hair. It would have been nice to have cold bottles of water in the fridge when we arrived as we had travelled a long way.

Location was super convenient. Bed was comfortable. Host was very flexible with our arrival and departure times.

Superbly located just outside the old city walls and close to some of the most scenic (Game of Thronesy) beaches. A bit chill after hours after the heady tourist-trap of the old town. Owner was super friendly and ready to help at the drop of a hat. We had our mates staying in the room next door so almost felt like being at home. Recommended.

I think we accidentally turned off the hot water, so beware of that or you'll have a cold shower.

This is probably my fav stay from our 6 week trip. Location is excellent (just outside the walls), room is spacious, bed is comfy, view from the windows out to the GoT castle.

The host was very nice, untill she had to verify something with my passport and said it would take 1 minute and went into her house (next door). I waited for 4 minutes, she did not come back. I ringed the bell and then she gave it back. It was a little bit weird..

Great location just by the Pile Gate and one doesn't need to climb a tone of stairs to reach. Even though it is just next to a very busy square we didn't experience nuisance. The check in and checkout procedure were easy. Room very clean.

The towels are pure sand paper. The body wash/shampoo is not effective. Hand soap has an awful smell. Hot water heater runs out of hot water very quickly. Plan one person showering at night and one in the morning.

The location could not be better for access to everything! Sound insulated, clean, kind hostess. Beds are fine. Views are spectacular. Nice to have a fridge, some plates and flat wear and a microwave.

The only thing (and it is minor here) you need to be aware of is that the toiletries were very basic. The body shampoo for us was watered down and there was no actual shampoo. As i said it is minor but i think worth pointing out.

The location is the absolute best part of this apartment. It is literally in the heart of it all but just outside the madness of the city walls. You will not find a better location I promise you! This alone merits staying here and we would rate this very highly. The room (we had room 3) was double bed and it was very comfy. We had ensuite but room 1 is the one that has a bathroom across the room. Room 2 is also ensuite. It has a fridge / microwave / cutlery / napkins / table and kettle with a lovely touch of coffees / teas left for the guests.

The best location in all of Dubrovnik, right next to the Pile Gate. The apartment is located in a lovely old house and the owner welcomed us very kindly. The room was quite small, but clean and had everything we needed. It was a bit surprising that the private bathroom was located in the hallway, which had access to the other two rooms. It felt strange at first, but we got used to it quickly. We were very happy with our holiday and I hope we can come again someday.

It didn’t have a hob to cook on. We knew this before arriving, so it wasn’t unexpected or a deal breaker, so this is just to help others be aware as food in Dubrovnik is expensive, so self catering can be helpful

Location is incredible, literally next to the old city walls and Fort Lovrijenac. There’s a small cove next to the fort that is simply gorgeous to relax in. The host is a lovely local lady, she is so welcoming and helpful, and let us leave our luggage there on our last day.

Location is premium. The owner is so welcoming and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage before check in time and after. The bathroom is spotless and new, the beds are long and comfortable and the room is very quiet so good for sleeping. We were very pleased we booked this place.

Rather small room

A private house. Very well located just outside the walled city. Noisy with the windows open but quiet when closed but is expected as Dubrovnik is over crowded with tourists. Bus and taxi stop just around the corner as well as restaurants and grocery stores. Very helpful homeowner

The sea view wasn’t that much clear I have to look on the side to see, but the welcoming attitude I received from the owner I forgot about the view as it is really 1 mine to be seating inside the sea

Location was 100% perfect exactly in the old town and room near the beach I have to walk 1 min and 2 min to be inside the old town gates and the room as described clean and really good Definitely will come again
