No umbrellas provided on extremely hot terrace mid summer so unable to use for most of the day. Room was very run down. Appreciate we booked a cheap option for Dubrovnik but the standard was lower than expected from photos on listing.

Lovely views from the terrace and great location. We were able to check in early (although this was not confirmed via correspondence, only found out upon arrival).

Room is very basic but we expected that for price so fine for us. Sheets were pilled so a little scratchy. No aircon or fan but it wasn’t too hot while we were there. Hard to find as there’s no name. Entrance is off main staircase just up from advertised veranda. No view from room which, again, is fine. Would stay again if on a budget but not in summer. Would be wayyyy too hot

Location is great with supermarket 2 doors away, beach basically right outside down stairs) and old town 100m away. Veranda is great for chilling and watching the harbour

Fan didn’t really cut it for the AC, bed wasn’t overly comfortable but was still fine.

There is a problem with the bathroom drainage, it smells overnight after showering. The ventilation in the bathroom doesn't work very well.

Host barely speaks English and manages the listing and communications through a third party. Called them to try and check in after which I got a message a day later saying 'we hope you checked in smoothly'. Very difficult to find the actual door and contact the actual proprietor.

there was no AC, but the fan that was provided did the job just fine. The bathroom had a damp smell too it but it wasnt that big of a deal!

The location was amazing, 5 minutes to the old town, 2 to the beach, 2 grocery stores nearby, value for money was great. The host was amazing and such a funny guy! and checked up on us a few times to make sure everything was all good - despite his lack of english. The terrance was so cute too

Minor moan was that the shower was a bit low, had to kneel down on the floor to wash my hair 😂

Host was very friendly, lovely terrace out the front to view Old Town, great location, just 5 minutes walk from Walled city. Beach and beach bar approx 5 minutes from hotel. Bus stops pretty much on doorstep to Cavtat as well as a Cable Car station 2 minute walk.

I wanted to give it a zero. No communication. After 24 hours someone from them send me automatic information. The host was late. The reservation manager picked up after seventh attempt!! He promised to look for the host. The room was available from 14. The host came around 14:25. He was very drunk. The room was dirty. The host said he had to clean it and because of that we should come back in two hours!! The person managing the reservation refused to refund the money, insisting that everything was fine. I absolutely do not recommend.

Very central location. Few steps to old town and the beach. Room is spacious. Host was very nice and even allowed me to store my luggage after checkout.

The bathroom could have better ventilation and also an additional bin in the room would be helpful.

The location of the hostel was just perfect, at a very walkable distance from the main attractions. The host was very friendly and gave us complete privacy. He also accomodated our check in and check out times and made our stay comfortable. The room did not have an ac so it might get hot during the peak summer season however for us it was not a problem as the weather was cool.

There wasn’t a sign with the name, so it was in the night so it was difficult to find it at first.

The location was great. Very close to the oldtown. There is a supermarket next to it. And a bus stop a few meters to the bus station. The terrace is amazing.

It's a simple place, nothing fancy but it worked well for me.

The location is the best, just a few stairs (not like many other places where you have to climb a lot of stairs up and down to go to the old town), steps away from old town and a good beach, the room was big enough, the terrace is spectacular, and Zarco a very nice host.
