We loved our stay here! It’s in a great location just outside of the palace walls and a short walk from the ferries and busses. The room was nice, clean, cool, and charming and the host was so easy to work with and very welcoming! There is also a nice outdoor terrace that is shared by the 4 units.

The prices in Split are high in August and can feel a bit high here but you have to accept it.

Modern, fresh and well-kept. the hostess really cares that we are satisfied. The facilities are top notch. We have stayed at 5 different accommodations over 2 weeks and this was the best.

Location was great, property was so cute and the rooms were bigger than expected. Definitely our favourite accomodation so far in 5 weeks of travel!

Unfortunately on a weekend it was very noisy, could hear people partying and the music from a club near by going on until 5am.

Beautiful room with a nice patio. Excellent location. We met our host and she was really friendly.

I think the booking is unclear. It looks like you book the whole of the property but it actually was only one room. The other couple in the apartment had thought they had booked the whole appointment also.

It was a bit noisy at night but to be expected in such a central location and the WiFi was weak in our room but this was not an issue for us.

Amazing location and terrace garden area. Very well stocked studio kitchen with everything you'd need.

Although the location is great to go for a walk in the old town within minutes, there are two clubs close by and people leaving the clubs pass by at night a d were loud so we were a little unlucky as it was somewhat noisy past midnight. But if you are a heavy sleeper this shouldn't be a problem.

Beautiful and super well equipped flat. Comfy beds and great showers. Great kitchen and living room area. Super friendly host and really close to the town and many amenities around like bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets.

The street noise at night made it necessary to wear ear plugs to sleep, but this is probably the case for every accommodation in the area.

We enjoyed being able to walk back to our place throughout the day. It was small but well equipped and the patio was an added bonus

Property is really clean, very well designed, cute place for two to stay. It has kitchen and bathroom with all the necessities in them. Internet is lagging sometimes when using certain apps like viber. But overall very great service!

Beautiful room, with a communal terrace that was like a private area for us. We had our coffee and croissants ( bakery just round the corner) in the sun each morning and a good pizzeria next door if you get hungry. The location is perfect, a few minutes walk from the Palace, the old town and the harbours. About a 20 minute walk to the beach. And about 10 minute walk to the bus station. The owners were lovely and very accommodating.

It’s not about property, but know that in Split, you can hear church bells all around city at 6:30 in the morning.

Amazing place to stay! Location ir fantastic - very close to everything you might need and old town, at the same time it’s very quiet and peaceful. Studio room is clean, cosy with all amenities for two people stay. Very nice terrace to chill. If we come to Split again, we would definitely book this again.
