The apartment was a little out of the way if you don't have a car but not to far from everything if you like to walk.

We had a compact apartment which was modern and clean with everything we needed for a short stay ,would recommend.

Property looked exactly like on the photo. Clean, comfortable, with all needed facilities. Terrace and common garden was super nice and peaceful. Hosts are very friendly and welcoming people.

Lovely garden, comfortable room with very well equipped kitchen. Our room was clean, had a kingsize bed, our own terrace where we had nice breakfasts. It’s outside the city center but we didn’t mind walking.

We have really enjoyed our stay at Kresan Apartments! The owners were lovely, and the room was really nice overall. Great value for money as the bed was very comfortable. The location is also very good - close to the beach and literally few minutes in a taxi to the city centre (also very cheap in an Uber). We could even see the sea from our terrace! Will definitely recommend it to my friends and stay again next time.

Some noice coming to the room during the night from the outside (traffic, dog barking) and from other rooms. Ants inside.

Stayed here for one night during my motorcycle trip. The rooms were very clean, and must have been just renovated as everything seems to be new. The apartments are located about 15 min walk from the old city center so there is peace and quiet during the night.

We loved the terrace and the beautiful garden. The host was warm and helpful, room was comfortable, it had everything we needed :) it was quite a walk from the city center, but we didn’t mind that. The beach is not so far away. Thank you, we loved the stay!

It is quite a distance to the city centre, but we found the prices in the nearby cafes and restaurants fairer.

The property is a 25-30 min walk from the old centre, which means that to go in/out during the day and again in the evening means 2hrs walk and 30% of the walk has no shade.

The room was very comfortable with good air con, external roller blinds (essential for east facing room), kettle, fridge and a bonus of a balcony with table and chairs.

Not the cleanest - floors definitely hadn't been swept in a while... The shower head had to be held, which is a little annoying, but not too bad and was a nice warm shower with good power.

Good room with a comfy bed. Had everything we needed. Staff were friendly. Location was okay, a bit of a walk into the old town, but ubers are cheap and was fairly close to the bus station and supermarket.

The room and bathroom were clean, well equipped, with a balcony. It looks like in the photos. The location is good, a 15 min walk from bus station and supermarkets. The nearest beach is also about 15-20 min walk from the house. Kresan and his wife are very nice and helpful.

A key drop off box for guests' departure

Clean room and bathroom, very comfy bed, hot shower. It's located in a quiet residential neighborhood and had a charming garden, while within a short 15 minute walk to the bus station--our means for transport to the Plitvice NP and to Split. The table chair set on the balcony would be perfect for relaxing on warmer days. The host was very welcoming.

The apartment didn’t match the photos—it was much older and more worn-out than expected. The front door didn’t work properly and was difficult to use. The kitchen was outdated and poorly equipped, and the bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom was very small and had no proper ventilation—just a window, which wasn’t really effective, so it quickly filled with steam. The location was also disappointing, facing a gas station and an unattractive building, with no nice views. The owner wasn’t friendly, which made the experience less welcoming
