Everything is better than reasonable, I have no issues at all.

The location is simply perfect, the host is really nice and the room has everything we need.

- You could easily hear other guests and upstairs neighbors through the ceiling and the gap under the door leading to the corridor. Also the fridge was very loud. - The drain in the bathroom smelled like sewer, so we had to keep the bathroom door closed. - There were water damage on both door and corners in the bathroom and the room didn’t feel very clean with the damaged baseboards.

Our stay was amazing and Matea was very attentive. Our room was close to everything and the bed with AC was great! Would absolutely stay here again.

Was very central and had everything we needed in the apartment. Matea was so helpful and accommodating with regards to all we needed. Just loved our time there. Highly recommend it.

The location was excellent and quite. Bathroom with extras.

This is an amazing spot in the Old Town, tucked away beside the port next to the cathedral. You only need to climb about 10 stairs! So super easy to walk to with luggage, from Pile Gate or the port. The studio is nicely furnished, comfy king bed and kitchen with some thoughtfully left coffee pods, tea bags, oil, salt and pepper etc. Matea was super responsive and welcoming.

Pros: Excellent location inside old town, peaceful and quiet inside the apartment. Owner responsive and friendly Cons: very small, photos didn’t seem to match apartment. Bed a little uncomfortable. Kettle stopped working while we stayed

Clean, comfortable and quite.

The location was central to everything in Dubrovnik including cable cars, the wall and the new port. The hosts were very accessible and even came to find us when we got lost finding the property. The facility was very clean. Highly recommend anyone coming to Dubrovnik to stay here.

No negative comments.

Only a few minutes walk from the Ploce Gate and only one small set of stairs (unlike most places which require hiking up several long staircases) to reach. Absolutely perfect location with all the major sites, restaurants, port, and beaches within a few minutes walk. The room was very clean and our hostess was very accommodating and helpful. The room has A/C, safe, refrigerator, shower, and a view of the cathedral.

We especially enjoyed the location of the room. Multiple times we said to each other how grateful we were that we were located where we were and not somewhere up the stairs. We had great access to restaurants and the port.

There was nothing we did not enjoy. The only thing we were unclear on is if we would get a room cleaning service or not. We were there for four nights and we did not, but it was not a big deal at all. We just weren’t clear on if it would happen. However, we were provided with enough towels and everything we needed for our stay. I have no doubt if we needed anything additional - Matea would have taken care of it immediately.

The room was small but very nice in a lovely old building, with high ceilings and big windows. Check in was super smooth and our host gave us excellent restaurant and activity recommendations. Everything was very clean and there were some lovely touches like ice tea and water in the fridge and chocolates on the side. The location is excellent - right in the heart of the old town and within walking distance of everything. The sound proofing is excellent - there was even a classical concert right outside our window and with the windows shut you couldn't hear it at all.

Our only small gripe was that there are just a few things missing that would have made our stay a lot smoother - - it would be really great to have hooks in the bathroom for towels as it was really hard to find anywhere to hang them. - it would be good if there were sheer curtains on the window as well as the blackout ones, as one window looks directly onto another apartment and there is no privacy without blocking all the light. - we would have really liked reading lights either side of the bed.
