Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

FinlandUnfortunately there was a alot small issues in the room: for excemple the toilet seat was broken. We didn't get the instructions for the late night check-in, so we had to call and wake up the receptionist.
Pool was nice and the location good. We used the balcony for breakfasts and evening drinks.

BelgiumThe place is clearly understaffed. It was difficult to find someone to check out with. In the end I had to call. There is almost never anyone at the reception. In the room there was a lack of electric sockets. The room (and particularly the bathroom) was a little dated. Payment only in cash, not by card, so I had to look for an ATM the night before checking out.
Location very close to the beach (but a bit far from the old city). Nice pool. Spacious room with good balcony. Free parking. The building is nice inside and outside, with swinging benches. Easy check-in with keys in box.

United KingdomI suppose if I was knit picking, the picture showing the apartment on booking.com was clearly one of there bigger apartments but the price we paid for an apartment with albeit small pool and a stone throw away from the beach you simply can’t complain a definite bargain
good price , decent size apartment for 2 friends, clean bathroom with a good shower cubicle, small kitchen with fridge and cutlery and crockery , a balcony ideal for 2 people , a small pool which was fine for me, nothing not to like

RomaniaI cannot complain almost about anything, since we had everything we need, maybe the rooms are a bit old style but for us is no inconvenience since we were gone all the time. Even that said everything was spot on.
The value we got for money is very good, the room were clean, 3 minutes walking to beach, you have everything you need close to the rental. Market, atm, restaurants, you name it. Also you have parking on the premises.
