Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Nothing. The only small thing would be to provide beach towels, however we went to the supermarket round the corner and brought our own.
The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The balcony was lovely and made the room feel spacious. The views were great, and the location was excellent being a short walk to the old town (although it is a steep uphill walk back!) Staff very friendly.

Nothing. It was Ideal for our visit.
Very clean. The crisp white towels and bedding. The ideal location near Old Town, beaches, Lapad, etc. The host was lovely and very accommodating, there to greet and say goodbye. The air conditioning. The wee balcony. The comfy mattress. The coffee machine and lovely coffee. The wee fridge. Fabulous wee Street Food takeaway at the bottom of the road “Otto’s”.

Beautiful place with just a few rooms so it was very nice and peaceful. The host was lovely and helped us whenever needed. The old town is just a 15 min walk and you can also take bus number 4 there which leaves very close by.

The host was so lovely. The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk to the center of Dubrovnik. The room was super clean which is a huge plus for us. We also loved that there was a parking space in the property. Everything was perfect, nothing to complain ♥️

Very comfotable bed and clean room.Private parking was great and about 15 min walk to the gate. 20 min up. The room was a good size for 2 of us. Josipa is a great host.

One of the best, if not the best accommodation I’ve ever had. Spotless clean, modern, the bed was very comfortable. I loved the terrasse which is a nice extension to the room. The onsite parking is a huge plus in Croatia. Walkable distance from the old city - around 20minutes. Would definitely recommend. 😊

There was no restaurant close by for breakfast but you can have a picnic on the patio and there is a small fridge in the room. The walk to the old town was hilly in parts.
Our room was clean and bright with a lovely large patio and a beautiful bathroom. The walk to the old town was beautiful with some spectacular views of the water and easy to navigate. It was a Leisurely 30 minute walk to the Pile gate of the old town. Our host was friendly ,easy to contact and very helpful. The parking was easy and available on site. It was easy to catch an UBER at the old town if we were too tired to walk back to our room after a wonderful day of site seeing .

Warm welcome and send off by very friendly hosts. Immaculate room great design like new. Great location close to various restaurants and walking distance to old town. Parking on site.

Stayed for 11 nights. Very clean and modern apartment with everything you need. Location is also great, only a 15 min walk to the old town, and 5min walk to the nearest beach. The area is quiet with both shops and bakeries nearby. The hosts were lovely, and provided us with recommendations for activities in the city, and anything we needed. They picked us up from the airport for free. Would really really recommend this place, we had a lovely time.

Nothing to complain about
Beautiful and clean room with lovely little garden to relax in. This was the final stop of our Croatian trip and was perfect for the city sightseeing of Old Town and surrounds. Uber to town costs around EUR 9 or you can walk it. The hosts were able to allow us early check in which helped a lot as we arrived on the ferry from Hvar. Super safe and easy to navigate and they gave us a map when we arrived. Very comfy bed and super helpful with arranging airport taxi when we departed. Will def be back to Croatia for sure. Make sure to go up the mountain with the cable car and watch the sunset - and the Cave Bar at hotel More.

Nothing at all
The property was absolutely spotless and very tastefully decorated. It is about a 15 minute pleasant stroll downhill into the old town. Consequently, if you choose to walk back it will be uphill. However, there are many buses to take back and depending on the bus you take it is only 2 stops and a short walk. Josipa was a fantastic host throughout. She kindly helped me with details of car rentals which were close by, as well as being on hand whenever we had a question. Would definitely recommend this property to others.

Nothing to dislike.
Room was well renovated and furnished. Owner greeted us when we arrived and sent us off. She made sure that we had everything we needed during our stay. Location was a 15-20 minutes leisure walk to the old city. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.
