The only minor remark, which does not affect my rating, is that the mattresses are a bit too soft for my preference. But I am quite tall and have some slight back issues.

Everything was perfect : pool, summer kitchen, body lotion, coffee and tea in the room, the possibility to have a dark room in the night (surprisingly very rare in hotels), etc. Except for one thing : the bed was way too soft.

We really enjoyed the hospitality during our stay! The accommodation is located in a beautiful and peaceful area, close to a charming little town with a few nice restaurants, and perfectly situated for exploring the cities of Istria. Having access to the swimming pool and shared kitchen made it extra comfortable — perfect for both relaxing days at home and trips out. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic stay in Istria!

It's extremely clean, and tidying up is amazing. Everything you need is there, and the size is huge. It has a parking space and a laundry room. A mart that sells delicious pork neck is close across the alley. The staff is kind, the interior is pretty, and it is an excellent accommodation.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment! The place was very spacious, nicely furnished, and had everything we needed for a carefree vacation. The location was peaceful, yet convenient for visiting nearby towns. We were especially impressed by the large private terrace, the beautiful surroundings, and the pool – a true little oasis of peace! The host was incredibly kind and always available to help. We’d love to come back again!

Absolutely superb property. Clean, modern, extremely well equipped. Davor and the team are friendly, helpful and responsive. The beds are very comfortable and there were extra pillows too which is a bonus. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated with great bathroom and shower. There were plenty of extra towels available if needed. The pool area was lovely - especially the outside kitchen area.

Wonderful place with a super nice backyard and pool area. Lush and very proper garden. Rooms were modern and very nice. Staff was very friendly and service minded, took their time to make sure we had a good time.

all was perfect

We stayed here for only one night, but it was such a great experience that we will definitely come back. The staff is really helpful and exceptionally friendly. The house, the room, and the garden with the pool are kept very clean. A big bonus for me was the pool area and the outdoor kitchen, where you could find and use coffee, oatmeal, spices, plates, cups, etc., just like at home. This was great for morning coffee, breakfast, and afternoon snacks by the pool. Nearby, there's a market where you can buy bread, milk, cheese, and more. All in all, I loved staying here and will definitely be coming back.

Great apartment in the centre of Bale. Comfy bed, good linen, spotless, clean, tasty. But I loved the attention to details, kitchen equipped with everything one can wish for. Not like many other places that leave 4 plates and cups and one saucer, this place shows the owner has equipped it with everything one would want to have at home. Thank you Davor, this is a great place to stay!

This amazing acomodation is in a wonderful valley full of butterflies where it breaths peace the area in an old pretty village. It's get the feeling you are in a fairy tale, with their lovely kind locals. Also, there's entertainment every night with awesome musicians in thier Castle. There is a train every day to go to beach as well for free. It's a magic place that everybody must visit at least once. We can say just thank you, guys, really well done with your professional manners and your lovely property. ❤

Although the front desk was not open 24hrs, If I had any questions I could easily text and receive a quick reply. My luggage was lost in transit and staff assisted with trying to reach out to the airline for me. Also, the staff went out of their way to assist me with getting charger for my Macbook (as I had stored it in the lost luggage :( The pool was a real treat after a day of walking around the village and sightseeing. Personally, I appreciated that it felt like an "adult" accommodation and not aimed at families with kids jumping into the pool. As a solo traveller that was a bonus ! The AC worked really well and the bed was very comfortable. Will definitely book here when I return to this village again.

I recently stayed at this wonderful house with apartments and it felt just like a boutique hotel. The rooms were nice and clean, and the host was very hospitable. The property features a lovely garden with a swimming pool, making it a perfect spot to relax. With a car, everything in Istria is just a 15 to 30-minute drive away, making it a convenient location for exploring the region. I highly recommend this place for its excellent accommodations, friendly atmosphere, and great location.
