The stay was very good, the room was cozy, had everything we needed, and everything was very clean. The bed was large and very comfortable. The TV was also excellent, with wi-fi access where we enjoyed Netflix. The location was excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, with nightlife on the street below, but no noise in the room. There were also some restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The owner, Ms. Eugenija, was very kind, friendly, helpful, and sweet. Our stay was amazing, even better after we met her. I’m gonna miss Jusca and Marco too. Without a doubt, if possible, we will return one day.

The room completely met my expectations. Nothing to complain about.

I liked the private parking lot. The room is spacious, clean and has a nice balcony with sea view. The bed was also very comfortable. The host was very responsive when I sent some additional questions to her.

I didn't like the fact we only had the time to spend one day there. But we had panned to keep moving. It was so nice..

Rooms were amazing and spotlessly clean. Loved a glass of wine on the balcony while taking in the view.

Everything was fine.

The room had everything we needed and was confortable. The host was very helpful and kind, directed us to the bus station and gave us all the necessary information. The balcony was very pleasant to sit and have meals on.

The property was very good, cannot fault. Side roads and streets quite steep, narrow for someone used to driving on the left side. However seafront was flat and very picturesque.

The place was exceptionally clean. Eugenija the host was so helpful with information about the shops, restaurants, any travel, local buses, lovely person. Always on hand to help make your stay happy.

First I need to say BIG thank you to the Host - Eugenija - she is perfect! So nice, kind, helpful and warm person! Our week in Stobreć was unforgettable. This village is nice located in a bay, with different beaches, from more crowded, but with different facilities near camping, to wild calm one a little bit further from center. Stobrec is well connected with Split, or other touristic cities like Omis, by local bus, but peaceful and cozy. And cozy was room in Rooms Ana, only sixty stairs to the beach ;-) ! Spacious balcony with great view, Well equipped room, little fridge, kettle and dishes. There was everything, together with small sweet welcome. If I could , I would give 11 or more points on Booking.com ;-) Eugenija , Hvala Vam Puno! I hope we could visit You and Stobreć again ❤ Ania & Martyna ( Gdynia city, Poland)

The property is not exactly in Split, but 30 minutes bus from it. But honestly the location is much better! The Rooms Ana are very close to a beautiful and calm beach. The host was very kind and generous to us at all times and the room felt like a good hotel, very comfortable and clean !

Clean and comfortable room with a sea view from the balcony. Everything that is needed for a comfortable stay is provided by Ana. Bus stops, supermarket and restaurants are at a walkable distance.

No complaints.

This the second time we have stayed here in a week. The first time we stayed for a couple of nights so we paid more for an upgrade to a bigger room with a bigger ensuite and were very happy. This time we were only overnight so went with the smaller room with end to end single beds and the more compact ensuite. Still more than happy. Beds comfortable, kettle and a fridge. Close to the beach, restaurants, bars, and the bus into the city.

Eugenija is an amazing host – incredibly friendly, considerate, and always ready to assist. The accommodation is small and tidy, equipped with a small fridge and air conditioning, and the building offers parking in case you choose to drive.
