Its actually price/performance place. Everything is perfect. I didn’t see nothing bad. Owner also so nice. And the most important thing is so near to famous beach “dolina”. If i come again Hvar, absolutely i will stay in this property again.

The coast to get taxi only 1.2km is $20 Euro. Ridiculous

Lovely studio. A little far from town if you want to walk and old reviews on this site say $6 euro I fact it is $20 Euro for taxi so if you need to travel twice a day to accommodation factor in $40 euro as that is what it costs

the villa isn’t as close to the center of hvar town BUT it’s right next to pokonji dol beach really a personal preference

I loved the sympathy pf the owner, the location (5minutes to center by car, 5 minutes to beach on foot) and my room was perfect.

The only feedback point I have for the hostess is to install an adjustable shower bar for the shower head, since it will make washing your hair more convenient.

The views where relaxing, the hanging chair on the balcony was amazing. The apartment was very clean and fully equiped. The bed was comfortable and the hostess was very friendly.

They had all the plates and utensils I needed, as well as a refrigerator, but there was nowhere to heat my food.

The staff was very responsive via Whatsapp. The location was away from the noise, but still close enough to walk to the town (20 min). It was also, as close as possible to a beautiful beach. The property had gorgeous olive and fig trees, with grape vines all around. I very much enjoyed my 5 day stay!

The view was nice from the distance off the balcony, but right in front is a house and junk yard which kinda ruined the view a bit. The apartment is a studio so small. If I’m staying somewhere longer than 3 days I would get a bigger room or one bedroom apartment.

The balcony was definitely nice to have. There is a beach but it’s a difficult hike up and down and very rocky. The staff was amazing! They gave us recommendations for dinner. Definitely eat at Juniors. We made breakfast every morning in the room and since the reception is at the bottom floor we were able to get spices, pepper etc

Its a really nice apartament, just beside de path to the beach. And its a 10 mik walk to the city center. Clean, nice and confortable! People were taking care that everything was ok. I recommend it!

If I have to say anything maybe the shower head is in a strange spot, but it works and the shower was a great size and maybe that’s just how it’s done in Croatia 😊

The room was perfect, the view was stunning, the bed was so comfortable!! The little kitchenette had everything we needed to cook basic meals at home and there was even a tiny but very effective and handy washing machine! This accomodation was the perfect place for us right by the most amazing beach. We love Hvar and Villa Fio!!

The hill is quite a hike with hiking packs, and can’t rely on public transport (unless you’re happy to pay for taxi) so it is a decent walk into town.

The host was lovely and met us with a huge glass of ice water on arrival which was a lovely touch as we walked from the port and it was hot! Very hospitable. Lovely quiet location

Communication and check in/out was great. Owner on site. Room was wonderful, clean, quiet, with a beautiful view off the private terrace. Lots of hot water, great WIFI, comfy bed and spacious. Free parking. Short walk into old town and also to one of the best beaches. Owner was very helpful with recommendations.

Exceptional kindness from the staff. Very nice, clean and beautiful accommodation. You can find here all amenities almost like you are in a hotel. Huge rooms with beautiful surrounding area. Accommodation is located but further from city center but just 2 min away from extraordinary beach.

Everything was great but keep in mind the place is on a hill, the highest one, so it might be sometimes tiring to go up and down. It wasn't an issue for us but it's important to note. Also the location Booking gave was inaccurate but you can find Villa Fio in Google Maps.

Maria was an extremely friendly and hospitable host. She went an extra mile to deliver us the comfort we needed for this vacation. Villa Fio is at a very picturesque location with an amazing sea view if you pick the apartment with the view. It's right on top of Pokonji dol which means you would hardly have issues with being from the first to get the best beach places. We could cook in our rooms and have quiet dinner on the terrace which is a big plus in contrast with the Hvar party and busy nightlife.
