Parking is really expensive, fortunately the hosts gave us their free parking space. The roads and streets are also can be quite small, not always suitable for bigger cars.

The location was the best with the beach only 5 minutes away, and it was a really good price for the room! There is air conditioning and a lot of appliances. The room and the bathroom were really tidy and neat. The hosts were kind, despite the language barrier.

Hosts are amazing people, they made me genuinely feel at home. Warm and welcoming couple! Also, its great place to stay in magical Opatija with affordable price.Everything I need was in walking distance: the sea, Slatina, banks, shopping spots and Amazing food. I'm coming back definitely.

Nice size room with comfortable bed and big bathroom. Alida was very welcoming and we loved all the extra touches in the room. Easy walk to waterfront. Definitely recommend.

The furniture is a bit outdated, but you can see that in the pictures and that wasn’t important to us anyways.

The price is unbeatable for this apartment! The location is great, the rooms were super clean and the owners were incredibly helpful and even gave up their free parking spot so we could park there during our stay.

Parking is a huge problem. I spent 30 minutes driving around just to find a reasonably close parking to the room. The host was kind enough to lend me his parking space, but I should have been warned about this in advance...

Nothing to dislike, amazing location in the centre of Opatija, the room was perfectly clean and comfortable and the hosts are super kind and friendly, Croatian hospitality at its best. Just take care to not be as stupid as I was and accidentally walk into the neighbours’ house when you are looking for the place! I will definitely stay here if I visit Opatija again :)

My accommodation was a simple little room, actually nothing really special, BUT. It was first of all perfect for a solo traveller as me, who doesn't spend too much time inside the room. The location is just superb. This small room featured everything necessary for a pleasant stay and the care of the attentive host Alida was visible: She even prepares instant coffee, fruits, candies and a can of beer to the fridge which is free of charge. A very nice gesture additionally to her friendly welcome. The chair/table/sunbed combo at the entrance added the option to sit out on the sunny day. Would recommend fully.

Wonderful place to stay in Opatija. We could only stay one night as we were heading to Slovenia, but the place was so wonderful we wish we could’ve stayed for longer. I messed up and we ended up checking in two hours after the check-in time, I felt horrible but the owner checked us in and was very kind about it all. The place has everything you could possibly need, and had the nice extra bonus of some candies & cookies available. The room and bathroom were immaculately clean and had plenty of space. If we are ever in Opatija again we will absolutely be staying here again. Location to the main part of town and swimming areas is top notch.

Alida met me, showed me around, & let me extend my stay a few hours until the bus came. The room is small but there's plenty of space for everything I needed. The pictures are accurate. It was cozy and totally quiet. The bus station and restaurants were a show walk, 5 minutes away.
