It was really clean, the lady was beyond hospitable, she made us coffee and a light snack when we had initially arrived and was really helpful. The apartment is also close to everything. There's a beach 5 min walking distance. Supermarket, restaurant (halal) and bus stop to old town all 5 min from the place. The bathroom is quite small but apart from that this place is amazing.

We had a great stay here! The hostess was absolutely lovely – warm, welcoming, and truly the best you could ask for. We immediately felt at home thanks to the thoughtful touches: a fridge stocked with water, beers, a basket of fresh fruit, and even homemade brandy. The room itself is small but just right, with a private shower and a nice balcony to relax on. The bed was very comfortable, with anti-allergic bedding which was a big plus. Another bonus is that the bus stop to the Old Town is right in front of the apartment – super convenient. Highly recommend this place, especially because of the amazing hostess who made our stay extra special!

Very nice apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay for short and long trips. The apartment is located just a five-minute leisurely walk from a beautiful and clean beach and a street with restaurants. The room was perfect – small, cozy, super comfortable, and incredibly clean. It had that warm, welcoming vibe that instantly makes you feel at home. The location is great – just below Petka hill, with a balcony view of nothing but greenery and gardens. So peaceful and quiet, yet only a 5-minute walk to Sunset Beach. Mrs. Dragica truly made my stay special – she reminded me of my nonna. Such a kind and caring person, like someone who genuinely looks after you. It didn’t feel like I rented a room – it felt like I was visiting family. Definitely my top choice next time I'm in Dubrovnik.

An amazing stay with everything we needed to make our trip perfect! The room was very well stocked with all we needed and more. We loved the balcony, such a gorgeous view and a great place to have breakfast. The host is a wonderful and kind person, she provided delicious breakfast and coffee for us both mornings. The location can’t be beat - across the street from the bus stop to Dubrovnik, and a very short walk to the beach in Lapad.

We were greeted by the host’s mother Vioanna, who was very hospitable, even with very little English. Thank you for our morning coffee and fruit and allowing us to leave our luggage after checkout. It’s the little things like this that make a holiday in a different country wonderful.

The owener lady was really nice and gave me food and drinks multiple times. The shampoo and shower gel are really good unlike hotel ones. It was clean and the bed was comfy. More than happy with my stay.
