Our stay in Rocca was outstanding. Perfect location, highest standard with approach to the guests and all services. Very nice and helpful owner, ready to assist us with all kind of wishes. We had there great time! Hope to be back somewhere in future.

A great place for a family holiday - from start to finish! Upon arrival the friendly and serviceminded staf were ready to guide us into the parking spot and show us the facilities and the apartment. Durring the stay we always felt welcome - and the staff always greeted us with a smile. The apartment was a perfect match for our family - two adults and two young adults (19 and 16), the fitness had all equipment we needed and the pool was fine for relaxing and cooling down. We spend 6 days and had plenty of time to relax at the Rocco Riviera, use the local beach(es) and restaurants etc, but also spend some time in some the nearby cities to see some of the recommended spots and sites in the region. We also spent a day in Trieste - only located approx. 1 hours drive away. All in all a wonderful stay, at a really nice place, with really nice staff. A special thanks to Ms. Amina - thank you!

Loaction was perfect, alking distance from the boulevard and city centre. Maja cleaned the house on a daily basis, was very comfortable.

The appartment is beautifull, well equipped but what was even more amazing was the care and kindness of the host.. always available and helpfull and there to help in the need.

There was no freezer in the apartment (but the fridge is huge). HOWEVER, a freezer was available in ground floor so was easy to store ice & ice creams.

Property is amazing, very well located (restaurants and shop nearby), the gym is super well equipped, everything is clean and the host super responsive. The apartments are amazing as described with a lot of space, 2 bathrooms (handy with kids), very well equipped, air conditioning, wifi, etc... The cleaner comes everyday to clean the apartment, change the towels/sheets, empty the bins. Loved it! The 2 e-bikes and 4 electric scooters are an amazing bonus. We took the scooters couple of times to go picnic at sunset, kids loved it.

Nothing at all - all was excellent.

Stunning and very modern apartments, finished to an incredibly high standard, exactly as described. As a family of four the 2 bed apartment was incredibly spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and a great living area, kitchen and large wrap around balcony. The shared pool area is a good size, very well maintained and also exceptionally clean with plenty of loungers for all guests. Daily cleaning was a fabulous added bonus, alongside the well air-conditioned gym and wellness area too - plenty of cardio/weight equipment and again immaculate and clean. The apartments are just a short and pretty walk along the promenade to Umag, but quiet enough to offer peace and tranquillity too. We were highly impressed will definitely return.

The beds were comfortable, kitchen easy to use, nice balcony and clean facilities for swimming/exercising/sauna, apartment was very quiet (despite being here at peak season during the ATP event), easy walking distance to coast and lots of fun activities.

Loved the large balcony overlooking the pool with a distant view of the town church tower. The pool was refreshingly cool and clean. Enjoyed the property landscaping which included lavender, olive & citrus trees.

The appartement looks like new, finishing with high quality materials. Everything is available. We had a superb terrace with a nice view. Overall high quality! We also liked the availability of electrical bikes and steps. Also a charge point is available for your car.

On the side of the building we were staying there was no lift (there is one in the other part) The road behind (from the parental room) can get a bit noisy. 5min walk to the port, but beach is a 15min walk Everything was so nice in the apartment we were a bit stressed the kids would mess up something… but that’s not the owner problem !

Really great: beautiful setup in the apartment, good beds, daily cleaning (the lady was so nice), towels provided both for the bathroom and pool and changed upon request, even wardrobes, the sauna and fitness brand new, from the second floor we had the sea view, the owner was very nice and gave us lot good recommendations, provided also with our little additional requests . Overall we had a hotel service with the benefit of an apartment while traveling with 2 small kids

The apartment was really very cold (about 17 degrees). In summer this will not be a problem. However, we stayed in April and it was very cold with no way to turn up the heat (the air conditioning is only to lower the temperature and no other heating is available).
