Hosts are incredibly welcoming and helpful with finding parking very close, beautiful place with more than what is needed, great location to beautiful nature area, easy beautiful short walk to Riva, palace, boat excursions, restaurants etc.

I rarely write reviews, but in this case, I have to leave a very positive one. I visited Omiš for the third time. I managed to find the apartment at the last moment. I had never stayed on this side of the river before. Everything surprised me in a good way. The location turned out to be perfect, the apartment was well-equipped, very clean, and I was allowed to stay longer until my airport transfer, without having to look for a place to leave my luggage. The biggest praise goes to the host who handed over the keys. She showed me everything, explained all the details, and was helpful in every situation over the phone. I highly recommend this apartment and the people managing it. We will definitely come back

The apartment was overall clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. That said, a bit more detailed cleaning in certain areas would improve the experience. The walls also show some signs of wear, which slightly affects the overall appearance. With a touch of extra attention to these details, the apartment could be even more inviting.

Had a great stay at the Rivus apartments. For a family of 4, it was ideal as both kids had their own rooms with the added bonus of 2 bathrooms. Had everything we needed for our stay, including a car park space. Beds were comfortable, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Location was a great, only a short walk to Omis old town for restaurants and bars. There's also a supermarket on the ground floor of the apartment block. Apartment manager was extremely helpful and answered all queries quickly. Good view from the balcony of the river and mountains.

We stayed at Rivus Apartments in Omis as a family of five from Australia, and the spacious accommodation was more than adequate for us. The apartment was modern, with lovely rooms, two bathrooms, and three toilets — perfect for a family. We appreciated having all the amenities we needed, including access to laundry facilities, which made our stay even more comfortable. Having a supermarket right downstairs was super convenient for everyday needs. Communication with the hosts was excellent; we were warmly met on site and given a thorough tour of the apartment. They even kindly arranged a white water rafting experience for us, which was a highlight of our trip. The location was fantastic — just a short walk to the old town and close to beaches. For nicer beaches - I would recommend walking just a tad further or uber to Duce - where there is a long stretch of beaches and plenty of beach bars and activities in the water for children. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily choose Rivus Apartments again on a return visit to Omis.

Spacious modern apartment, above a bar, coffee shop and market. Great location only 10min stroll to the Old Town, beach and restaurants. Secure parking and a very gracious and accommodating host Marijana.

There was nothing we didn't like but we would recommend they put a ceiling fan in the bedroom as the air-conditioning does not get there very well. Also with a fan we would not have needed to run the aircon at night saving powerbills. We loved the church bells but if you like sleeping in, the 6am bells might be a little annoying. We are super early risers so it was not a problem at all for us.

It's not something host can change and something that you should be aware when travelling to Croatia overall - church bells... As church is right next to apartment, it's unfortunate that it's so loud, especially if it's 6 in the morning. But again - we experienced the same thing in all places we stayed in Split and Omiš :)

Overall, the apartment is truly great - it's comfortable, spacious and with stunning view over the river. There's everything you might need - from fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher and host also leaves you tablets for it) to very nice, comfortable and clean bathroom with washing machine (and again - host left us washing powder for it too). Host is amazingly nice and welcoming. Apartment is well maintained and very clean, located short walk away from old town. The balcony is a nice cherry on the top.

Only complaint would be it was lacking in salt/pepper/oil for cooking, something found in every other apartment during our tour.

Just minor details, really. Some kitchen essentials were missing, like absorbent cloth (we bought our own) and a ~functioning~ dustpan with brush :)

We were a group of 5 and had 3 rooms. Things we appreciated the most: Perfect communication with the host, easy access, parking with ramps and under a roof, very close to the city center but still very quiet inside, generous common space, AC in every room - that one saved us at night. And we loooved the balcony with the view over the mountains! Everyone was very happy with the stay. Would recommend!

The only thing that has bothered me is the church right in front of the building. It's not the accommodation's fault, but the bells woke me up every day at 6 a.m.

Great apartment! The location is just perfect (with few stores and a bus station right behind the building, the old town centre at 10 minute walk, beach too,...). The view from the balcony is just like in a dream, the mountains and the see right at the palm of your hand. The apartment itself was very tidy, equipped with a lot of stuff, even more than you need. The hosts are really polite, nice and helpful with directions and advice on local attractions. Absolutely great! If they leave the prices as they are, it is very well one of the best accomodations I've stayed in.

Apartment is located in the centre of the city - beaches and city centre some hundred metres far from the house, The apartment is modern, clean, and very good equipped; modern kitchen staff and new, comfortable furnitures. Supermarkets are next door. Friendly and helpful staff. There is no problem with the parking; apartment house has got its own (and closed) parking place About a km far there is a nice, clean beach (small gravels, so water shoe is recommended), the water and the beach are very clean, and it was not so crowdy (at least during our stay). It worth to go into the city (the old town with narros roads are really great). We have been there just two of us; in total it was a good time and vacation there,

The only thing is the ringing of church bells early and in the evening.

A good place to relax, the hostess received us, explained and showed everything. The rooms are clean, cozy, there are air conditioners in each room. We didn't have to buy anything, everything was included.
