Egypt- The apartment is on the third floor with no elevator, which is common in heritage buildings in Split — be prepared for a bit of a climb. - Noise from the neighboring apartment could get a bit disturbing at times.

United StatesThe lack of an elevator. Such is life. Parking can be a challenge. Look for the blue stripes on the pavement to select legitimate parking, and then pay for parking at the ticket booth, remembering to put the ticket inside your driver windshield area.
The apartment was spotless, modern, and nicely appointed. Air con was excellent. The location could not be better, at the western end of the Riva. (Waterfront). I had no noise problems. Slept very well! There is a small grocery store next door, and a good laundromat around the corner. It took a 1-2 minute walk to enter the historic areas of Split.

I will definitely come back here again. The location is perfect, close to everything but still somehow quiet. I came by car and left by bus; it was easy to find and there was easy access transport. The apartment is well styled, clean, and the utensils, tea and coffee provided are appreciated. Check in was easy, and even though there are stairs and my bag was heavy, the stairs are shallow and wide so it was very easy. Highly recommend!!

Location 10/10, close to everything you need. Apartment spacious for one person, super clean and comfy. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in my entire life. The apartment is also surprisingly quiet, you don’t hear much noise from the streets even though is right there in old town, for me being a light sleeper it was great. Obviously you can still hear neighbors, but not much street noise. Everything was perfect and I have no complaints. For a short stay it was amazing. Check in super easy and staff very helpful and friendly through WhatsApp.

IsraelThere are very few power sockets. We found only one free in the main room and had to disconnect one of the bed lamps. The property is located in the third floor with no elevator so it is not suitable for some people. Not recommend for people coming with cars. We couldn't find any street parking at 11pm. The car lot costs 2 Euro per hour up to 24 Euro per day and probably more in high season.
The property is located right in the middle of Split tourist center. It was clean and comfortable.
