The room was smaller than it appeared in the photos, which was disappointing.

The location is excellent, very close to the old town and the street is pleasant. The service was very responsive. The bed was super comfortable. We had coffee capsules and milk, and the bathroom products were excellent.

The room was lovely and in a great location. Right near the water and walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the ferry near the historic center. The owners were very helpful with the check-in. And there is a lift, which was very convenient if you have luggage.

The heated towel rail plug - the whole socket came out of the wall when I tried to unplug it. Parking can be a problem as although there is plenty of street parking, it’s not easy to find anything nearby.

The hotel was in a traditional building on the sea front (it used to be an old hotel) The decor throughout was very tasteful and in keeping with style of the building. There were 5 rooms on one floor and as soon as you walked in, there was a gorgeous aroma. It felt quite luxurious. It’s in a fabulous location - very close to the Sea Organ and the Greetings from Sun light display. Plenty of restaurants within a few minutes walk too.

Locating the building was a bit tricky and as the building itself is in need of an overhaul felt a bit sketchy in the dark as a solo traveler. Units themselves felt very safe

Great location just by the sea in old town Zadar. The only post II world war building left 1st row by the water. We had great and immediate comunication with the host. I believe this is great value for money. Not a hotel service as it is not a hotel but considering the fact its a private host with the effort done with the rooms and handeling all together, i'd say ...one of the best private properties we have been in.

Nothing not to like. The room is compact but had everything we needed.

Beautiful room, tastefully decorated and quality furnishings. Exceptionally clean. One of the most comfortable beds, ever. The rooms are located very close to the sea front and all that Old Town Zadar offers in terms of historic sites, restaurants, bars & cafes. Our host Kristina was very friendly, kind and helpful. Communication was excellent. We were able to store our luggage at each side of the stay. The rooms are on the 4th floor but there is a lift. Access arrangements were well explained and easy to follow. Coffee maker in the room and plenty of hot water & quality toiletries. We would certainly stay here again.

The rooms were not serviced well during our stay clean towels just left on bed . I thought bed may be remade etc . Difficult to even refill water bottle from bathroom tap. No rubbish bin in room

We loved everything about the apartment including the ease of getting inside. Felt secure and easy. The location is fantastic.

This space is absolutely perfect. I reserved 3 of the units and was delighted by the layout- we shared a private corridor to the bedrooms and the chandeliers/little feminine touches felt so special/created such an ambiance. They also offered to hold our luggage after check out and before we were leaving old town. Felt seamless and luxurious. The natural light coming through the windows in the morning- it was just divine.

Loved the location, gorgeous building right on the seafront and so central to everything. The room was so modern, clean and just had everything. The communication was brilliant and everyone was very friendly and helpful to deal with. Would stay here and highly recommend.

Needed multiple access codes to get in and out of the building. No big deal but a bit of an inconvenience to remember. Would be great to have the option of fob access.
