Absolutely exceptional! We have really enjoyed our stay, everything is new, clean and high-level. The host is super friendly and helpful, the restaurant downstairs is also great. The facilities are in rich selection, hot tube bath is perfect and has many options. Because of the bath the room seems tiny, but it has everything you need, you can see that the place was made with love and soul, every detail is good. The breakfast is delicious as well, although there are only 2 rooms, we had a rich choice of local food and amazing atmosphere. The view is also great, the calm sea, mountains and green - just perfect! Will definitely come back, absolutely worth the money and I would say it is even cheap for such a level of hospitality.

There was really nothing we didn't like. There is a jacuzzi in the room, and because it was so hot already outside, we did not like the idea of getting into a hot tub. I imagine that if we had stayed here in winter, we would have used it.

The staff met us with a chilled bottle of wine and explained everything to us very clearly. The room was pristine and very nicely appointed. The bathroom was very modern and the decor in the bedroom was beautiful. There is a small balcony to dry towels and suits and overlooks the water. There is also a larger terrace overlooking the ocean with tables and an umbrella. The breakfast was downstairs at the restaurant below. I was wondering how it would be having a restaurant below us for noise, but we never heard anything from there. The breakfast was wonderful with good variety. We had dinner one night at the restaurant and the food was very good! The restaurant staff was very friendly and informative about the room as well. The beach is a short 5 minute walk. It was a very busy beach, but being able to walk was a big bonus for us. The hosts also reserved parking for us out in front, so that we did not have to hunt for a space. All in all, the hosts were so accommodating and friendly. If we are ever in Rijeka again, this will be where we stay! Hvala!

This was an excellent location, with a very short walk to the beach. The staff and the owner were amazing, accommodating us after a late arrival. I couldn't fault anything on our stay. The bed was very comfortable and there were amazing views over the Adriatic.

If you want to experience and visit downtown Reijka this is not the place. Located far from the center.

The traffic in that area of Rijeka can be intimidating if you are driving your own car, but I think that is just Rijeka in general.

Robert, the owner, is very friendly and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The room is nice, modern and clean. The restaurant downstairs is delicious.

Room could have been a bit bigger, but we managed OK.

Property was very new. Nice views, small outside roof terrace with lovely views. Lots of lovely little details & the room was in excellent condition. Very good soundproofing. There’s a restaurant below and parking was easy. Robert was an excellent host and very helpful.

The property is nicely decorated with good taste, there is everything in the room for our stay, enough towels, the bed is very comfortable. There is a small balcony in the room, another balcony is outside on the first floor roof with four/ five seats. Host Robert is very nice and kind, makes us feel warmly welcomed. The first floor is a restaurant serves tasty seafood, we enjoy the vibe at the location, busy during day time and quite in night. You could see the sea though windows, it’s about 5KM to downtown Rijeka, 12 minutes drive if you want to visit Opatija. We love this place, lucky to find such a nice air B&B and kind host. We recommend this place to others.
