More a caution for others to avoid issues. The rooms are on the 3rd story and require climbing 6 flights of stairs. If this isnt an issue this is excellent value for money.

It would be good if at least a glass / (paper cup at least!) would be supplied as standard. Also shampoo or shower gel in the bathrooms, like supplied by similar priced accommodations elsewhere, would be a bonus.

Very clean and spacious. Great location for people wanting to be close to the centre / local attractions. Great communication from the host and easy check in.

The only downside is the lack of a kitchenette, which isn’t that bad for a few nights.

The apartment is located right next to the bus station, five minutes away from the town center. Everything was smooth, from the booking to the self-checkout, and the host was really reactive. The room itself was very modern and clean, perfect for a few nights.

Absolutely fantastic location--only 500 m from the train station, and just besides the Zabica Bus Station. The apartment was easy to access, and the room was super clean. Furthermore, the host is so incredibly nice and flexible. She allowed us for an earlier check-in and let us store luggage at the apartment after checkout, making for an easy and delightful experience. I will be returning to Rijeka just to stay here again.

You need to climb a very long staircase before getting into the room, the owner was unresponsive when I first arrived. The room I stayed in is not present in the pictures and it much smaller than what is shown, some of the pictures are from common areas instead of the actual rooms.

The room has an excellent location, and the AC works really well. The room was small but really clean! We were able to leave our luggage in the storage room.

I think it would be better to place working lights on the stairs and throughout the floors. When going back to the rooms late in the evening it was completely dark.

The number of stairs - though I only had a backpack so I was fine but I can imagine it can be inconvenient with heavy suitcases. The outside of the building looks a little neglected but that's the case of maybe every 3rd building in Rijeka...and there are definitely NO homeless people sleeping inside. The gate at the building entrance could be closed regularly but that's not the owner's fault.

The building is dirty and very scary. But when you enter to apartment then it looks like you are teleported to some other space(ship), as it is very clean and has good air-condition even in the hall.
