Stairs were steep and could be a safety concern for older guests. Some rooms had issues with bugs entering the room when we didn't notice the windows were left open by a previous guest.

Modern and cozy apartments with great showers and comfortable living spaces. Good location next to fun bars and restaurants. Check-in was smooth with friendly service. The manager was super helpful and even arranged for reservations at a nearby restaurant for us.

I can't say anything negative

This is in a great location... close to everything... and it's a modern cute place. It was very clean and the staff is amazing. Tomislav.. the host went above and beyond to make sure my sister and I were comfortable, taken care of and gave us restaurant/bar recommendations. I can't say enough to praise him, this place is really lucky to have him as the host. He also arranged rides for us. He and the apartments are a true gem! 💎

The appartment is really nice but it has some things that need to be improved so the guests can have a better experience. May be it was because of the low season, but anyway just working some details you can really make a difference. Please notice on this street there are 3 bars and in summer might be a little noisy. The appartment had a lack of cleaning. In my case it seemed that the apartment hasn't been occupied for a long period since there were spiders on the roof, dust in the furniture and dead bugs on the floor. The TV screen was completely dirty like somebody crushed and egg on it. I had to clean the appartment myself a little bit. The toillet downstairs has a bad smell and something needs to be work out to resolve this, since if you're sitting in the kitchen eating it's not really comfortable. At my arrival there was only 1 Nespresso capsule and we were 2 persons. The 3rd bed was set up even if we didn't need it and I have specified during my booking that we were only 2 persons. It's easy to resolve this for the guests since you can put it away into a furniture. The TV control downstairs didn't work properly and the air conditioner remote control had no batteries. It's not easy to get some privacy in the upstairs room since the upper windows don't have any curtain. You have instead one next to the bed that blocks the access to the wardrobe and also blocks the air conditioner. It shouldn't be so difficult to improve this installing blackouts curtains like the one dowstairs to cover the windows. I couldn't use the superspeed advertised wifi since I have never received the password and there's no sign or welcome letter in the room mentioning this. I haven't written this to the host since when we noticed all these it was 11pm and for courtesy didn't want to bother him.

The appartment is pretty nice and modern with a loft style. Nice decoration and design. The location is very convenient since it's close from the main attractions. Since it's in a ground floor is good to not have to climb multiple stairs like usually happens in Zagreb. It has 1 toillet and 1 full bathroom which is really comfortable. For 1 or 2 nights stay is really nice option but a little expensive. If you have a big luggage it might be a little challenging to get to the bedroom upstairs. The host is kind to respond any questions. Very good quality towels, blank sheets and soap+shampoo. Kitchen has everything you need and even a Nespresso machine. The host kindly gave us a late check out of 45mins. We could stay a little longer to be able to go to Easter mass service that morning.

For a longer stay a laundy/drier would be appreciated, for 5 nights it is perfect.

Very quiet and silence place even in the heart of the city. You can listen the birds. Smart furished and super comfortable to prepare simple healthy meals. Very good service from Tomislav, very kind. Thanks

The spiral metal staircase was a bit of a challenge with heavy cases. But not enough to stop me staying again.

It was very central. Nice big bed. Well equipped. Two toilets. Beautifully decorated. Spotlessly clean. Lovely rainfall shower with great water pressure.

We couldn't figured out to charge our phones while sleeping because when we turned off the lights electricity was completely cut off.

Court 5 is a fantastic place where you can truly feel at home. The apartment was spotless, well-heated, and fully equipped with all necessary kitchen supplies. The location is like the best just in the center and infront of it there is a tram station. Tomislav was really helpful—always reachable, he arranged our airport transfer, suggested great spots to visit, and provided helpful tips about public transport. Highly recommend!
