The room is clean ✨. The maid comes in every day and does the best she can 😊. The food is really good 👌. There is not much to choose, but what ever you try is delicious 🤤. Drinks at dinner are included 🍷🧃🍺. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They really do the best they can to make you feel welcome 🤗🫶

The hotel is dated and desperately needed for renovation. The bathroom is small ( the shower curtain!!! 🥴 ), air condition is on low, no fridge in the room 🥵. There are only a few sunn umbrellas ⛱️ at the poolside- so you must come early to get one. And even the ones that they have are sponsored ( with logo on them ) so you know the hotel did not buy any.

It had a pol and had a genuine communist circa 1970 vibe.

It is the worst communist hotel I have ever visited. It’s so bad it should be pulled down , or turned into a Stalinist themed hotel. This hotel does not do Booking .com any favours. They should disconnect with it.

Very nice people

We liked the food, there are a few options for every meal. The drinks were free which was a huge bonus. We liked the style of design but it lacks sustainability. Parking was in light all night.

TV was only catching Italian programs (we are in Croatia, not in Italy). AC was loud, carpets were full of dust and spots. Bath was scratched with some yellow stains, very outdated. Park view is considering PARKING view, not park like some kind of garden.

Breakfast very good. Lots of options - fresh fruit, cereals, yogurts, cold meat, tomatoes , cheeses, spreads, hot bacon , selection of cooked eggs, veg. Coffee machine. Tea options. Breads. Something for everyone. Beds clean and comfortable. Shower good. Pool lovely lots of sun umbrellas and space. Nice pool bar good menu reasonably priced. Lots of seating outside. Close to local beach with beach bar and parking, hairdresser on site. Couple of restaurants close by. Lovely little coffee shop/wine bar close. Supermarket closeby

Suited us . Hotel needs refurb but costs outweigh this.

The breakfast was fine. Tasty but same every day with no variations. Pool seems ok but the inside bar doesn't serve or allow drinks at the pool, only if you buy in the poolside bar which doesn't serve coffee.

There was no minibar or fridge in the room which I found an inconvinience, especially when 3 stars usually provides this service. Room air conditioning seems dirty and not maintained. Furniture in the lounge is old and dirty. Restaurant is often missing cutlery and food is not restocked quickly enough. At times waiting period exceeds 10 mins. The staff seem uncoordinated in that sense, not enough control over food.

Place was nice. Drink was cheap. Dinner availability was restricted to buffet only, it felt like most of the other visitors were on 'all inclusive' holiday packages.

Some people might want a different dining experience, and Pula is a large place and walking only , could feel a bit remote from a 'town centre'. Pool was good.

The location is excellent, the hotel has big potential but it needs urgent renovations.

Very bad state of room, in bathroom are obvious water damages and mold. No fidge or minibar in room. Breakfast was very poor for such a big hotel, much poorer than last Sommer. Conclusion is that the room price is unreasonably high for such a poor room offer and quality.

Hotel je stariji, ali se nalazi na predivnoj lokaciji. Odnos cijene i kvalitete je sasvim korektan. Vidim da ga biraju mlade grupe i sportaši, kojima takav smještaj savršeno odgovara.
