The place is charming and very clean, beautifully furnished and well equipped. The owner is very nice and welcoming and the staff too. The location is also amazing , right next to the old city, cafes and restaurants.

Four floors walk up and stairs look very old and dingy until you get to the correct floor that’s been remodeled and pretty . Pullout bed and queen bed felt exactly the same too thin soft and bouncy. Great location though and very friendly staff

It is unfortunate that the wifi doesn't work well. At the beginning the wifi is broken. Later, even it is fixed. The signal is not strong. I can only use over my laptop in the corner. My cellphone usually lose the connection if i walk too close to the windows

this place is very convinent , next to the center of the city the room is great too, well, I got upgraded. It is very easy to find any restaurant downstairs. Great View! The staff is very nice, i had a conversation ealier over the phone, so she was there waiting for me to check-in

The stairs to the room are brutal, so be ready to lift luggage up a few flights. The room was small, but really fit our needs.

The communication about the room and support of staff while we were there was amazing. The room was really nice, clean and rooftop deck was cool.

Most convenient location, nice view over Old Town, several restaurants within 100 meters, still quiet at nights. Had one problem with key card, and it was fixed very thorughly, one could even say with extraordinary measures 😂❤️. Everthing went very smoothly and even got first class advice on everything.

The only minor negative I would say is there was a bit of noise you could hear outside at night we had the balcony room which was probably why we heard it so I’d recommend ear plugs, it wouldn’t put me off staying again tho.

Our first night having flown in from North America and being jet lagged, we had difficulty falling asleep. There was considerable noise of partying people coming from the street below that continued to 3:00am. The other nights of our stay it was less of a problem.

Perfect location in Split, close to Medieval Town, the Riva and Diocletian’s Palace. We were warmly welcomed by staff. A very clean comfortable room meeting all our needs.

The AC was fiddly and complex. We (including the host) struggled to change the settings so it turned itself off every 3 hours so we woke up hot during the night twice. Eventually we just left the window open but there was noise from the street below which kept us awake instead. Also it is on the third floor with no elevator so not ideal for accessibility, but it helped work off the gelato.

Beautifully styled room with plush furnishing. Delightful balcony for people watching and with sea view. Very central location, all of old towns dining options between 0-5 minutes walk. Very close to port. Helpful and communicative staff

Great location, but beware events in the square, our first night was disturbed by temporary seating being dismantled. Room is very stylishly decorated. Roof terrace was great to watch sunset.

It’s quite noisy outside, specially during the night, but once you close the window you can’t hear anything. You will have to turn on the AC, of course, because with the rooms closed the room turns into an oven. I guess that was the only not-so-goos thing.

The room was elegant and clean. Location was great, at the very centre. Everything very nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Wifi connection was very bad, altought there were two wifi networks, none of them really work. It is pretty lound in the evening due to central location and lot of bars and restaurants in front.

Can't thing of anything....however be prepared for many stairs! We were ok with it, but if you are not good with stairs, this might not be a place for you!

We enjoyed our stay at the Procurator 7 for 2 nights. It was clean, comfortable and very nice. It had everything we needed, Wifi was great. Ana was amazing host, she was extremely helping with everything from carrying my bag up the many stairs(unfortunately I am unable to carry it) to talking with us about sights, restaurants, helping me with the map to show me where things were located. The roof top view was amazing as we enjoyed a drink up there. Fantastic view of the bay and of Old Split. Thank you Ana for an amazing stay!
