you have to commute to main attractions( old, town, beach)

A really nice place in the city part of Split. 20 min to historic old town, the same from the beach. A new beach boulvair was being build during our stay, it might add value to the stay. Good value for money, but yet you have to commute to main attractions( old town, beach). Uber/taxi is really cheap here.

Smoke smell on the towel, the kids bed with a moody smell. The location is very stranger, together with commercial services.

Way too hot. Why leave the heating on 24 7 at 23 Celsius? Why use an extra card in the energy main switch to bypass any energy saving? It was really off season with big renovations going on. So should become even better. But beware. The med clinic is ever present. The feeling is more and more of a hospital. And please use one price offer for a taxi service. Do not change the price in every message.

The parking situation is "wild" in the area (unpaved), all around the hotel's parking lot, which you have to book as extra. 😅

The staff was very kind and accommodating with our late arrival (past 9pm) and set up everything for self check in. Cozy and wide room with everything we needed, warm and quiet. Recommended!

The door had multiple problems. No microwave Comfortable seating other than the beds Not very clean grout in the shower. The construction noise the last few days.

Convenience to Priska med center. Housekeeping ladies were very friendly and helpful. They filled in the gap for maintenance

the car park you had to go through to get to the apartment car park was not maintained at all we were lucky when there that it didn't rain because I would imagine it would be pretty messy .

the room size comfy bed outdoor balcony hot tub , staff . the outside is a bit of a let down but once inside it is a very nice comfortable apartment.it is probably not located in the best part of Split but it is not too far from Bacvice which has lovely beach and also it is reflected in the price which is excellent value for money.

Unfortunately the location is poor because it is on the corner by traffic lights on a very busy junction. Our room was on the corner! It was too noisy.

We liked the room with the lovely big shower and large comfortable bed. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful . We arrived early and could check in straight away as the room was ready which we really appreciated.

Car parking facilities, directions, and accessing the car park was a nightmare. Having issued the apartment with the car reg number 24 hours prior to arrival. The NPR system did not recognise the plate.

The location is a bit meh. There's nothing in the immediate area and you need to take a bus to get to the old town. It's not far and the bus is cheap (especially if you use the app) and I did walk it once, but next time I'd stay in or much closer to the old town

The room itself was fine - large, good bed, good wifi, fridge, large bathroom, super hot water, balcony. There's also a sauna that you can use (although I didn't)

The area itself is a bit run down and there was a lot of graffiti, but it seemed safe enough. Sofa bed was very creaky, but it was comfortable. Ignore the sign for Priska Med parking. You need to park at the back of the hotel, not in the underground carpark.

Nice hotel room. Spacious and very clean. Comfy beds. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent. We got a taxi through Bolt to get into the old town. It only cost a few Euros, which was well worth it. There's a great bar called the Fat Bar a 20-minute walk or short drive away, which does really good food.

It’s a busy traffic area… but you can easily take a Uber to the old town.

Air-conditioning wasn't working. We had a fan. But we complained about it to the property and to Booking.com and were satisfied with the compensation the property offered. So, the problem was solved in no time, and i find it very professional. Want to mention one more time: the staff is VERY FRIENDLY, and they are helpful. Just was a bad luck: in a strong heat +38 degrees and no a/c, I guess.

The location was a 30-minute walk to downtown. The staff is very friendly. The room was big and spacious. Balcony is huge. Breakfast was simple but satisfying. The room was clean. The hotel is more like the place for the business trips, than leisure but for us to stay overnight was convenient

The location is an interesting one, it's in a complex shared with other businesses. The lift was out of order when we arrived, so we had to haul our cases up the stairs. It's not in the centre either but there's a bus stop as soon as you come out of the complex that takes you to the centre of Splir

Amazingly spacious room, always great to be provided with robe and slippers. The breakfast room is small but fine for when the hotel isn't busy. I would stay again if I return to Split.

Breakfast was buffet, eggs and bacon cold. Location was daubed in graffiti and it was difficult to initially find the entrance and reception.

There were some small damages to the room. Curtain fell off the ceiling once, but that got fixed very quickly.

Breakfast very limited, could be improved. Location not very central however it is right beside a bus stop so city centre was very accessible
