Due to what I assume is the age of the building and to no fault of the hosts, the noise from people in the above apartments is really quite bad. If you’re a light sleeper, be aware.

The property is perfectly located, very very modern and had a nice bathroom.

We were on the top floor which involved a lot of stairs! Not ideal for anyone with bad knees 😂 Whilst there is a terrace it is very small so not really any outdoor space but it certainly didn’t ruin our holiday experience.

A fabulous hidden gem in the old town. A great location, close to sites of interest, bars and restaurants but still quiet. Lovely decor and very clean (super comfy bed). Breakfast was in a near by restaurant which was excellent.

Nothing I didn't like, everything was amazing.

The location was perfect, doesn't get any better. You are located within the palace walls but in a pretty quiet little spot tucked around a corner, and the sound proofing is great. We couldn't hear any noise outside while in the room unless we had our terrace door open. We loved having the terrace. It was perfect to have coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. The room was spacious and comfortable. The check-in process was very easy and the team replied instantly if I did send them a message. They contacted me via email a week before for a pre-check in process so that when we arrived I had the codes I needed. They gave simple and easy instructions and were great to deal with.

Noisy - bear in mind the downside of the location was it was very noisy at night - the first night was a saturday and I didn’t slepe great as many people are of course out until late and you can hear music

Super centric, stylish, cute, clean, spacious room . Breakfast place despite being some 5 min walk is a very good place with excellent breakfast. It was silent to sleep.

The bed is not very firm and consequently my back is hurting. Our neighbors were really painful : drilling and construction noises during day time, the guest above jumping on the floor until 3 am, the back kitchen of the restaurant smoking just below the terrace.

The location could not be better. Right in the middle of the palace. The room is nice and very clean. The aircon works well and is silent. The small terrace is lovely. The support through WhatsApp was reactive.

One night our upstairs neighbours decide to walk around all night which kept us awake a little - maybe problem children but otherwise everything was perfect.

Unbelievable location, right in the heart of the palace, but also close to ferries and bus station. It is hard to find but the video supplied by Ivan was excellent help when we arrived late at night. Large room with good bathroom and very comfortable bed.
