The room is very simple and there is not much counter space, which made it a bit difficult for two people to keep track of their belongings. The location is a bit far away from everywhere.

The AC was perfect and the bed was comfy enough. Also, slept really well as the walls seemed to be surprisingly soundproof and hence, you had no idea what the other people were doing outside of your room. The kitchen had all things necessary and the host was very helpful providing tips and a map.

The host was very friendly and helpful, he helped us get our bearings on the city and get off cheaper, the room was very clean and so was the kitchen and bathroom with ample space to store our luggage and our belongings. it's not far from a bus stop (about 2 minutes walking distance) and there's a couple shops in a 10 minute walk radius. I'd say it's in a great place if you don't want to be in the heart of the city and have a calm quiet night's sleep.

As the room was on the ground floor, the curtains should have been more thicker. I also didn't notice in the description that the apt was shared with others while booking it, so the bathroom was also shared and the other tenants left their used and wet towels hanging inside the bathroom. The apt was located around 2.2 kms from the main coach or bus station.

The room was very spacious and was on the ground floor, the balcony faced the parking lot. There is a bakery, pizza takeaway and supermarket within 5-7mins walk from the apt. The host was quite prompt in their response.

Everything fine. To me it was not clear at first, that the apartment (and bathroom) was shared. But that was not really a problem.

Nice and clean room, with a nice balcony, however, overlooking the parking spot. Nice host. Good place to explore Split.

This is a great place for a one night stay. The host is very nice and helpful. He also keeps the place spotless clean. The room is spaceful and has a balcony. Bathroom and kitchen are shared with other tenants, but both were very clean and organized. The appartment is located in a quite living area of Split where you can also park your car free of charge. A bus stop to get to the city is just a few steps away.

All was perfect for me.

The owner is very helpful, welcoming, friendly and speaks impeccable English. It's 10mins drive from the beach, the port and the old town. Plenty of parking available. Kitchen is well equipped and has a dishwasher too.

This room is really big. The bed is huge and comfy, I slept really well there. The quality to price ratio of this place is amazing. It's not far from the city center of Split by bus or by car. The host Goran is so friendly and explained me everything I needed to know about Split. I will surely come back. Hvala Goran!

We toured the city and planned to move on the next day. We were received very friendly and still got tips. The room was equipped with the most important and has a balcony. We were allowed to use everything in the kitchen and the bathroom had shampoo and shower gel. Thank you for the nice stay.
