The water supply was insufficient, and last day we couldn’t take a shower. I’m not sure why, but it seemed like the water issue affected everyone in the apartment simultaneously. It’s possible that the water pressure was affected because everyone was using their showers at the same time.

“It’s pretty calm here—no car sounds or other noises to disturb your holiday. The pillows were too soft for us, but they kindly provided an extra one. She took care of us even in the middle of the night. The only issue was the exact location from the airport, but trust Google Maps and Uber anyway! :)

*Small and uncomfortable parking, actually just comfortable for 3 cars. Very uncomfortable pillows. Super bad smell (tobacco) - no good ventilation. No hair dryer. No hand soap or towel for the hands. Small room (no recommended for more than 1/2 nights) Expensive for the service and commodities they offer.

Tiny bathroom in the room. There was a problem with the showers as we didn't have water for sometime. The owner tried her best to fix it, but was unsuccessful

Could be cleaner and we had no water at all for few hours one day. A kettle in the room would be nice. We had to ask for the towels to be changed on day 5 of our stay as nobody showed up to clean the room

Bathroom is extremely tight, small. Warm water (especially in the morning) has not enough pressure to operate the shower. No window or ventilation in the bathroom (at least not visible, and not performing well)

Look and feel new (inside the room). Bed comfortable and relaxing, room clean. Mini refrigerator is strong cold :) parking bit challenging if full but can be solved in the garden.

The size was so small we could barely walk around the bed. The own wasn’t interested and kept saying it’s all like that in Zadar (it’s not) no kettle, no drinking water, no where to make breakfast or a snack. “Wardrobe” you could not hang clothes in. Very disappointing for the price. Outside very rough and the “terrace” was like building area with filthy chairs and table

Water is leaking somewhere from the bottom in the bathroom. Sheets were clean but with marks of being used. Apartments have potential if they repair the things that needed to be repaired.Please clean the sheets properly so they dont have marks of previous guests. For the money i paid i m expecting clean sheets and full bathroom functionality l.

Its in good position with lot of restaurants nearby and beach is near as well.

There are rental rooms are located in a cooperation. There is no hot water unitil you turn it on and wait for it to heat up. We had horrible night because of the neighbours who live there permanently. There is an old man who speak and laugh to himself constantly during the night. It look like he was drunk or he have mental issues but the noises was so loud it was like he was in our room. There is no hairdryer so you couldn’t do basic things like shower or even sleep. Unfortunately I don’t recommend this place, better find another. It’s not worth the money and your peace.

Water cut during the stay. Old water & hot water was not continuous I guess problem in pipes. Noise with water pipes. When water is used in the room or by other rooms there was a strong noise in the room. Electric cut only in roof top rooms room 7&8 We had to sleep without air conditioner last day of our stay.

ROOM WAS NOT ACCORDING TO ITS DESRCIPTION. Our room supposed to have balcony/terrase which was not the case. The only open area is at the entrence of the appartment which is divided in two rooms. Lady said that we didn’t specify that we want a terrace and that was the reason of not getting it. We paid for it, so such response is completely ridicilous. We almost never had a parking space so we had to park on the above street. Room is too small that you can’t even open your luggage completely. TV is unusable because of its position. Pillows were too hard. Bed sheet was not clean and had a stain marks (lady sent girls who left us new bed sheet on the door but did not replace it). Dead cricket was bellow our bed. There is no hair dryer in the bathroom. Internet is super slow. There was no electric from evening to the next day afternoon. I advice owners to read comments and improve things.

The light switch has a strong blue light emitting from it that you cannot switch off. It's a bit annoying at night if you like to sleep in complete darkness.

Nice cozy room with a very modern interior. The bed is super comfortable and the small fridge under the table is very helpful. Bathroom is also nice and modern. The place itself is clean and organised but small, therefore I wouldn't recommend it for families with children. But for couples it can be a perfect choice even for multiple nights if they don't mind eating out in a restaurant everyday.

Water flow in the evening time drops almost to zero. The owner declared the problem with the neighborhood. The pillows could be better, but it's quite personal.

The room was new and very clean. However, was not worth the price. Very small. TV did not work. Host didn’t greet. Never sent full location had to call her. She was charming when we talked. Parking was challenging. Bathroom water tank kept making loud noises
