Maybe a bit expensive for such a room considering the equipment but the location, view and of course kindness of the person definitely worth it!

The person who welcomed us is very kind and flexible. Predrag: thank you for having taken such good care of us We could even let our luggage the day when we left and have 2 towels to still enjoy the beach before the airport! The view is very beautiful, just in front of the port, sea and mountains

A great spot in its own right, close to restaurants and some lovely beaches. A regular bus to Split for about €2 that takes 20 minutes or so. Comfortable and clean apartments that were basic but had great views.

The air condition worked with terrible sound.

Very excited view from the balcon. Close to the beach, a lot of good restrants around. The owner agreed to check us in 2 hours earlier. Stuff changed towels almost every day.

Bed matrasses and pillows were too soft Dust under the bed Water can easily spill over the shower cabin what can soak the floor The place is in front of a small marina wich can be noisy when people work on reparation and constructing boats. There was only the bright light to use. The small lamp in the nightstand barely gave light to see anything.

Room had all the facilities and comfort needed A spacy balcony with table and comfortable chairs. An amazing view on the harbor and mountains from the balcony. Bus station to split 1 minute walk Breakfast is served in the restaurant under the rooms. Staff was very nice and friendly, the man who rented out the rooms gave tips about places to visit and how to get there.

We did not like the smell from drainage. When we arrived, there was smell. We had to open windows to get a fresh air inside. And other thing was broken fridge. All food was frozen not chilled. So that fridge should be changed. And owner should look in to the drainage.

View was perfect! One of the best views we ever had. To the Stobrec port and huge hils on the background. And Sea view on the right side. Stuff was friendly. Rooms were clean. Private parking.

It was all great.

The property was very clean and in a great location in Stobrec close to several beaches and loads of places to eat and drink and supermarkets. The best part for us was that the bus station is a 2 minute walk from the apartment so it’s easy to get into Split (25 mins on bus) and makes day trips stress free and cheaper. The view from the balcony was lovely. Predrag the owner is also lovely and has a nice bar/restaurant below the apartments so it’s easy to get in touch if you have any problems. He let us keep our suitcase in the reception on our last day after checkout. The room was great; big wardrobe and bathroom and also a clothes horse to dry any washing you have. We didn’t have breakfast included so can’t comment on that. :)

This was a great apartment in a beautiful area. The balcony has fabulous views. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars nearby. The bus stop is 2 minutes walk and its 2 euro into Split . ( 25 mins ) The bed was very comfortable and it had everything we needed . The owner was very helpful and good to us. I would highly recommend staying here.

The host had overbooked the building and we had to stay in a much smaller room for the first night. It was only for one night but it did leave a sour taste.

The apartment was well positioned with swimming and restaurants all within close walk.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean, towels changed every 2 days, but for us it was okey. Close to everything you need - resto, beaches, markets, transport.

The bathroom was really dirty and had mold. The breakfast was bad and everybody received different breakfast, dependents wich country you came from. The staff was very nice but there was a lack of expertise

They didn't clean the room or change the bedsheets. Shower was broken. Even after complaining, it was not repaired. WiFi was weak half of the time of our two weeks stay. Breakfast was average.

We liked everything about the accommodation.

We were self catering and the facilities for cooking were fine and a good size fridge. The location was really nice with a beautiful view of the bay and a good sized balcony .The host was very welcoming and fresh towels every two days.

Owners made me feel so welcome from the minute I got there, were so friendly and caring. They even brought me a small gift for my birthday and some tea and cakes, couldn't have had a better stay. Beautiful town and view was incredible. Will 100% be coming back again and again.
