Hard to find the entrance dow a small alley.

Branca was amazing, so helpful and polite. Room was large and very comfy. Bathroom was great.

Old stone steps up one floor to entry. No lift !!! Premises difficult to find even with a map. Directions should come with the booking details. Outside noise from the laneway outside excessive in the evening. Double glazing would be a great help.

Loved the location very central and hidden away behind a graffiti covered door. A cool and calm oasis awaited. Lovely room, great big shower, efficient and quiet air conditioning. All good.

Only one thing: basically it is a hotel room, otherwise said, there is no kitchenette!

This is a wonderful accommodation in a wonderful.town. Split is absolutely amazing and definitely worth visiting. The rooms are located right in the town centre. Don't be put off by the narrow and creepy lane and entrance. As soon as you open the door leading to the rooms, it is another world!

The location of the accommodation was superb as was the room itself, lovely design and facilities. A very comfy bed and plenty of hot water when showering. Communication with the owners via WhatsApp worked well and we had our room waiting for us when we arrived with a warm welcome from the team member on site. Thank you for a great stay.

The streets were extremely noisy and it would have been good to firstly have known this information beforehand and secondly to have had earplugs to deal with this. This small difference would have made this stay a 10/10 for me.

The rooms were clean and equipped as promised and the location was very good - in the heart of old town. Smooth check-in, check-out with no formalities and a lot of trust without any personal contact. Excellent value for money.

The main entrance door was full of graffiti so could be made better . Nobody on reception for arriving or leaving which I found strange . Having Sid that tgd room was clean and comfortable and the location very central.

The property is in an excellent location to visit Split for a short stay without a car. My son and I loved it. The service was fantastic.

Plan ahead as this is in the city centre and will need to find a long stay parking. The hotel recommended 2 which were 10 mins walk away. average prices €1.50 /hr for the cheapest ones in Split. The hotel does warn you about this.

Amazing location in the city centre. Hidden away and surprisingly quiet. Very clean and all amenities provided. decent sized rooms.
